Dear sir just saw your kambu koozl. Two points . We have to soak kambu for atleast 5 hours. Then destone it in conventional method as our ladies do. Dont make it a powder. With wipper it should be made as rava. Then cook in slow flame ,min 20 minutes. Then you get the real flavour of KAMBU. 😊

Hai Bhatt Sir, How are you? Summer we all are so tired bcoz of the heat. Thanks for ds wonderful dish. Aadi month I used to get kambu koolzhu. But they mix cooked rice. Previous day they will make and morning they will have. I had this with more milagai, murungakai, mochai karakulambu, green chilly. So tastey. I liked it so much. Thank you ji🎉❤
If you want ragi instead of kambu.. you should do it previous night.. bcz ragi should be fermented or otherwise it will rise the temperatureof your body.. then next day morning you can do thaduka..

Sir, Thank you for your recipe. But I am having doubt this Kambang koozh. Normally after fermentation only it will enrich nutritional value and good for health. Without fermentation how it has got nutritional value? More over if you take these kind millets without fermentation, we may face digestion problem. Just for your information.

They don't mix rice actually if you cook the kambu without grinding it you will get kambusooru.
@@jagdeshno some add fermented rice water with that they'll purposefully add some rice and cook it with koozh.. That's a added nutrition
