Thanks for video. I followed it to access touchpad buttons in the bottom of chassis. Your video didn't show it but was enough to do it myself, although I broke the connector from the touchpad buttons which is a Liteon device.

Thanks but it's not really a teardown if the display assembly doesn't come off. For anyone wondering, mine is in need of a repaste and has display I'm 99% certain the final display screws are hidden under the rubber feet

Not under rubber feet. Every hinge has 1 screw in the very corner of the bottom and 2 more hidden screws under black rectangular stickers on the back side of the laptop body, next to rear vents.
I know it’s True for P52 and P53, maybe others too.

So HOW many RAM slots does this thing have...?? And what is that empty part where u first start disassembling the bottom?

The empty part is for your additional Rams and the 2 hidden ram slots I don't where is it tbh

It has 4 slots, two under the keyboard and two on the underside of the laptop, the ones under the keyboard are the ones populated from the factory so that's why the bottom ones are empty.

Does anyone know how to replace the LCD screen itself? I've replaced hundreds of them with no problem until I got to this one. Once the bezel is removed you see the metal tabs that are traditionally part of the back of the LCD itself except these are part of a larger aluminiing housing in the lid itself. It appears that the LCD screen is glued in. Is it just a matter of using a heat gun to melt the glue?

There are pull tabs for the rubber glue you need to grip them with a pair of tweezers and pull straight while twisting and straight is the key here.
