How did you do on the Trivia questions?? Thanks so much to those who participated, win or lose, we’re all here to have some fun and learn more about each other!

That was dope! Wish I had time on that day to join you guys :( That junior year question is complete foreign language to me! We have a completely different system in Quebec :O
Yeah same in Manitoba, Junior is 9-10 and Senior is is 11-12 just for sports sake if your trying out for the team. Otherwise your not really called a junior or senior.
Woot. I got all them right. My hometown is in Southern Manitoba Canada 🇨🇦 but currently I live with my American husband in Colorado USA 🇺🇸 was excited to see prairie Canada represented so well.
The criteria to get that percentage is made from more comprehensive material in Canada, so the A in the States is made of softer substance, no matter the percentage of that substance! Awesomely entertaining all around tho!
That was fun ! I watch quite a lot of RUclips content and because you make me happy, your my fav channel 🧡 Well, you and Mia Maples,so yeah, your in a competition with her,a fellow Ontarian ! Happy Canada day ✌️
Did the Canadians have to memorize the national anthem in 12th grade, like we had to do? I guess the question would be better, how soon does the "hmmm, hmmm, hmmm" take over for lack of memory of the real lyrics?
We usually learn the National Anthem during Hockey Night. That's also how we learn the US Anthem. Also, I would say the Canadian Anthem is slightly harder to learn since it has 2 version (The English and the French version). I know both but unfortunately, many don't...
@@ahyodem We learn the National Anthem as youngsters in school from having to sing it regularly since 1967. Before that Canadians sang "God Save the Queen".

We are always talking and debating about canada vs america! And then we found you! You guys are so wholesome and enjoyable keep it up guys! I love love love your content! Love from ontario canada!
Cool to see two nearby fellow Canadians in this competition..... London, Ontario and I think you said Brittlestar is from Stratford, Ontario (which is where I work.... even though I've been laid off for the past 3 months). Over in Mitchell, Ontario here. I'm debating on whether it would be a good idea to do a video on the election differences between the U.S. and Canada. I'm always explaining Electoral votes and the Electoral College to my friends here in Canada. And the way the U.S. does their congressional districts compared to our MP ridings are SOOOOOO different.
@@JosephD It's pretty simple actually. Whichever candidate wins the popular vote in most states, gets all that state's electoral votes. The number of electoral votes a state has, is based on it's population. Each state has 2 U.S. Senators so, that's 2 electoral votes. Then, the rest of the electoral votes are based on how many congressional districts each state has. New York state has 27 congressional districts + 2 Senators = 29 electoral votes. Michigan has 14 congressional districts + 2 Senators = 16 electoral votes. Montana, although large in area is sparse in population, so it only has 1 "at large" congressional district which is the whole state...So 1 + 2 Senators = 3 electoral votes. The same holds true for Wyoming, North Dakota and South Dakota, all having just 3 electoral votes. Whichever candidate makes it to 270 electoral votes during the election, becomes president. So, although Trump might win more states, a lot of them are rural states with only 3 to 11 electoral votes. The only exception is Texas, with 38 electoral votes. But Texas, with it's ever-growing Latino population, is likely to turn into a Democratic state in the next 4 to 8 years. Once that happens, Republicans will have a very hard time winning the presidency for a long time! Trump won Florida with it's 29 electoral votes but, polls show Biden ahead there right now. Florida is a "swing state" and votes for both Democrats and Republicans. Only two states split their electoral votes: Maine and Nebraska. In the 2016 election, Hillary Clinton won the popular vote in Maine so she got 2 electoral votes from that. Maine also has two congressional districts. Hillary Clinton won the small but densely populated 1st district that has the cities of Portland and Augusta so she got another electoral vote from that. Donald Trump won Maine's 2nd congressional district, which comprises the rest of the state and is more rural. So, he received one electoral vote from Maine. In Nebraska, Trump won the popular vote and won in all three congressional districts. So, he got all 5 electoral votes in Nebraska. One of Nebraska's congressional districts is small but, contains the largest city in Nebraska - Omaha. In the 2008 presidential election, Barack Obama won that district and got 1 electoral vote out of Nebraska. That made the Republican party in Nebraska freak out and they considered passing a law to stop splitting their electoral votes. They didn't end up doing that though and Obama didn't win that district in 2012. But, polls are showing Joe Biden has a good chance to win it in this year's election. While Trump looks to still carry that rural district in Maine. I've been obsessed with U.S. politics for about 20 years now. And, I'm very excited about the election this year, as it will be the first one I am able to vote in. I received U.S. citizenship in April 2019 and immediately registered to vote. Then, me and my American partner moved back to Canada in July 2019. When I first moved to the U.S. in early 2015, Canada passed a law that doesn't allow voting from abroad. The U.S. has always allowed it and you get to vote right down to the congressional and municipal elections, based on your last address. So, we get to vote for the congressman for the district (riding) we used to live in, even though we don't live there anymore!
Great trivia, I hope you'll do more. It's a good way to get to poke each other. Plus I missed the round robin, not that I would have gotten much right.
