Its easy to overestimate one defining moment, but underestimate small daily moments, 21 seconds in and you already dropped a bomb 💣

I think that is why so many people fail to ever reach their goals. Hollywood and so called self help gurus have us convinced that to reach success that it requires massive action or luck to make anything happen in our lives. When in reality success is more often than not achieved by simply doing a few key things constantly over time.

The goals are like flowers... What you have to do to get the flowers doesn't look like flowers at all: prep the soil, watering, getting rid of weeds, etc... Focus and enjoy the gardenig process and the flowers will come naturally.
Great video. Keep the system going

This is exactly what I have been doing over the past 3 months or so. I have been running a system where I’m living better and I think consistency is key.
Certain things I do everyday without fail:
    -Get up at 5am
-Daily Journaling (I’m on Day 23)
-Drink at least 2L of water
-Reading at least 10 pages of a good book
    -Exercise
-Leaving the house to be amongst nature and away from the hustle and bustle
Once I started to do these little steps, I feel as if my productivity has gone up exponentially. Also No PMO is helping (day 10 today)
Like you said, it’s about not setting goals. Equally, not everything will happen overnight. And don’t try to do everything at once.
Thanks as always for this Cap. Great video.
All is well, all shall be well and manner of thing shall be well.

      I used to dayjournal.
I’d write ‘’today I’m proud over’’ or *PO* for short.
And i’d list things I got done during the day.
I have really bad short term memory so I would day journal
      ../.../.../ *WO* worried over:
      X, Y, Z
And I actually mended and resolved issues and problems I that I probably would’ve just forgotten or repressed. Even if it had to take 72 hours since I journaled what I worried over 3 days earlier.

I believe you are exactly correct. Routines become habits, systems in place create the process necessary to reach any goal. Sold a business once and it wasn’t because I had the best sales force or backend operation but rather because it was a system that worked well regardless of employees coming or going...

Every day when I wake up, I do my morning routine, I call Morning Preparation. It includes:
¬ Go to the toilet and drink a glass of water
¬ Detailed writing of my dreams that night (if I had any)
    ¬ Gratitude (2min)
¬ Meditation for energy and vitality, to prepare for that day, in terms of E (15min)
    ¬ Affirmations (4min)
    ¬ Concentration Practices (15min)
¬ Meditation, it can be just breathing, sometimes with mantra or binaural beats (10min)
    ¬ Visualisation + Desires (4min)
¬ Preparing for all daily activities which I had written (2min)
    ¬ Streching (around 10min)
    ¬ Cold Shower
I want to hear your morning routines!
    P. S. Great content, Nikhil!

Dude you just expounded Karma Yoga!!!
Focusing entirely on our actions instead of the results. The process is more important than the end result. Instead of setting the end result as goal, one should set his own process itself as his goal. Only then his possiblities are limitless!!

    -Wake up 6am within 2min
    -Make bed
    -Meditate 5-10min
    -Read 40min of my book
-Reach my daily target on duolingo

You can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backwards. This is one of the most influential video of my life.
I strongly believe in Karma Yoga but always find it difficult to implement because of lack of understanding about "HOW". After watching your video I got my answer of "How", its creating a system. Working on system is simple & keep our head clear. This really a cool concept.
Wanna say one thing, I realise everyone has their light bulb moment. This is mine. Thanks a-lot Captain SINDABAD for showing me the path.

Watch minutes, and subscriber count will no longer be a metric I track daily. Out of my control. # of videos uploaded I will keep tracking and in my mind daily. I will replace the watch minute and subscriber count tracking with tracking script writing for the day!
