Agreed. However, at the same time, I would've been working my butt off to get out of there as soon as possible. They stayed there for an awfully long time considering they must have known the conditions were unhealthy for their children (even if they didn't know about the lead, they knew about the mold).
Naw, not me. I have been in a situation like her before and I wouldn't and didn't put my baby boy in a nasty situation. I stay with a lady from my former church ONE night, but she was elder and her niece didn't keep the place cleaned, so that morning I went to work and asked my co worker to stay with her because I knew she was clean, I was still too afraid to go to a shelter. The moment I seen a demon in her home which woke me up out of my sleep and was watching me, I left and my pastor and his wife let me stay with them for about 3 months and I got on my feet, got a new job after mine shut down and moved to a very clean and nice shelter after diligently searching and calling. They were strict, but it was clean, and me and my child had our own room with a key to lock our door. Before I found the right place I spent 3 days in a clean motel, got put in a smokw free room, king size bed, right next to the office. I hardly begged the man, he thought he was gonna place me cause of the color of my skin, but God showed me favor with him. I was scared to be too far from the office because I had my child. I say all that to say this. When you give your life to Jesus, you are HIS child. He will take care of you even when you have made some mistakes and have down things that was wrong. God is faithful and He is calling each in every one of us to repent, ask Jesus to come j to your heart and life and clean it up and turn from your sins. He wants us relationship with YOU!!!! We seek relationships with people all the time who fails us, be fake and show fake love because they are not perfect, but we don't want to try Jesus. Try Him, He loves you and wants to change your life. Hell and heaven is real y'all. Choose this day who you will serve. Be sober minded, Jesus is near.

Sometimes living In a place like that is better then being homless and in the streets or living in a tent in the woods with children. Times are really hard right now. I know so many family's living in their cars or in tents or staying from cheap motel room to the next ,sleeping in Walmart parking lots. They are good people who just can't afford the rent anymore because they want 3 grand for a studio apartment. If 1 person makes that much most likely they would buy a home but not everyone can and so we are left with living in horrible living conditions just so we have a place to call home. Nowadays you need 5 incomes just to afford a 1 bedroom shitty apartment with nothing included. My once small town is suffering so Nad with local families being put out because everyone is jumping on the bandwagon ans seeling homes or apartment building for triple the amount leaving so many people homless. So I can sympathize when people are satying in horrible living conditions and being treated poorly because the rent is more affordable. Would you rather have a roof over your head or none at all?

Even for the state programs like section 8 and HUD. People realized that it’s less of a hassle to just go ahead and sell rather than rent it out to people who may damage the property or not pay. Plus they make more in one sell than they would if they rented it out for a year. So no it’s not just easy for someone to just up and move. Sometimes there are barriers to being able to do that. Plaintiff was soooo wrong to rent to anyone. But defendant could have found help with housing somewhere. Shes just as guilty.

The plaintiff is a terrible person. The parents were so wrong to have their children in that house, but they seem to at least accept that they were wrong for that. The plaintiff still thinks he's done nothing wrong... Just sick.

So the plaintiff said she was always there only family was there but then says there was lead paint,how come nobody suffered before surely you can get less poison without having to eat paint.

My son had lead poison in a house that I bought and I never knew anything about it until he got tested so I remodeled the whole house and today he's 23 years old and has problems seeing I blame it on myself because I didn't check it out before I bought it
