Eh, can't say that for all mothers, or fathers in that case. Some parents are unfortunately super abusive and use kids for clout, status symbols, or servants. If you've ever seen the book "A Child Called It" (or something like that), it'll tell you a most horrible story that one would think was made up, but I don't think even great horror/thriller authors like Steven King could come up with something that horrible (as in, tragic to the person who had to suffer through it). I should say that I did not have this kind of relationship with my parents, thank goodness. But not every mother is a caring or loving woman - nor deserves to have a child, like no child should ever have a "parent" like that.
Goodness, my heart breaks for her. She just looks so sad. I've been there after a breakup and I hope she's in a better mentally. Seems her mom is a loving support.
Stay single you will be better off in the long run and don’t move in with people you have only known for less than 3 months both of them are too immature to be in any relationship.
"Strong" people go through a lot without sharing it with anybody. Check on your "strong" friends and family members. Omg, it is said that she is strong (which she is trying to be). She is also fragile and seems to be an empathy and/or an highly sensitive person. She is strong, but constant struggles without support can be overwhelming. I know her pain too well.
When you have to turn to others for support honey you aren't strong you are a leaner someone who needs to be told what to do and how to act. JM sounds super judgy for something she says she not judging. The Defendant convinced the Plaintiff to enter a situation she couldn't afford by herself, then he ducked out of the "adult" experiment. Nothing wrong about her communicating the results of his actions to him. Learning your pregnant after a breakup isn't a conspiracy. But here are you saying he's a mommy's boy when you don't know what HIS life is like. He could have barriers that prevent him from living without a caretaker, or maybe he's the caretaker of his mother. Maybe he just didn't want to leave a home that gave him comfort. No one really asked about his life before meeting this woman or what he does for his mother. We just know that he missed the comforts of home, his mother, and his cat. Everyone made impulse decisions here and it came to bite them in the butt. We don't even know if the two had a sexual relationship. Moving in with each other doesn't equal getting in bed and getting it on every time. I could see this being seen as a lie as well just so she could have him back - especially if some women in breakups suddenly have a baby inside of them. HMMM WHERE DID THAT COME FROM? You'd think she would've said "I'm pregnant" at another time, especially if they did have a sexual relationship. I probably sound rather judgemental here as well, but you can't really judge a book by its cover.
@OverlordZeroULTIMA Did you read back your comment out loud before you posted? Did you hear the part where he said his mom wrote his rent checks after he gave her the money to. He was absolutely trying on his big boy pants but then ran back home to his mom and their cat. I can understand cultural differences but I'm pretty sure his mom didn't approve. You've seriously got to be kidding me if you think they weren't shagging like rabbits. That's why they had to get their own apartment.
Yikes when she said she was 28 my jaw dropped. She’s way too old for this kind of behavior to be excused. If it was a man we’d all be scared of what he’s capable of.
She’s “too old” to have weak moments where she feels hopeless and fears that she could possibly harm herself? Are you aware that the demographic of people least likely to die by suicide are those under the age of 25, and the most likely are people over 85, not to even mention the scores of people who falls within that spectrum. We don’t know what kind of challenges she may be dealing with, e.g., anxiety, depression, etc., so it isn’t fair to dismiss her emotions and actions as being those of someone who is “old enough to know better”.
@ Nice strawman. She’s TOO OLD to be LYING about being pregnant. To be SUING for being broken up with. To be MOVING in with a random guy after 3 months and then acting shocked when it didn’t work out. To be TEXTING him asking him to find her another guy like him. Or did you miss all that?

My momma told me that if I don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything. I don't have anything nice to say about these 2. And why do people think that just because you are beautiful, that you're automatically immune to human problems? Two, 21+ year old kids. That dude let her off easy. He didn't want to REALLY want to say why he broke up and moved. He had to get away!!!!
My ultimate heartbreak happened around 28/29 and I was in shambles but there is life on the other side of heartbreak. I get really sad when I hear heartbreak stories.
Everyone handles breakups differently. The Plaintiff had strong feelings for the defendant and the way he left was devastating leaving her to pay the rest of the lease alone. I know the Plaintiff was hurt, but maybe the defendant leaving was a good thing. This is a huge red flag, if he left you high and dry with an apartment then he'll do the same with everything else that gets tough. THANK GOODNESS YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY CHILDREN!!!! You would of been left alone raising children! Consider yourself lucky! You are gorgeous you won't have any problem finding a good responsible man!! Don't give up, your life matters!!!!!!!!
The landlord has to try to mitigate their damages. I broke a lease and someone moved in by the first. The landlord tried to sue for the remaining months on the lease. He lost the case because he didn't miss out on any money.
The landlord doesn't have to do anything but collect rent. He doesn't have to help find a new roommate or anything like that. But the landlord has final say on the new leasee, if they don't pass the background check, the landlord doesn't have to accept them. The people on the lease are responsible for paying rent. Period. If she placed ads for rent & showed the place, she did what she's supposed to do.
@@dec1slh Let's be clear. You're responsible for paying the rent for the length of the lease, unless the the place is uninhabitable. You were LUCKY the landlord got someone in & didn't lose anymore, otherwise, you would've been on the hook, voluntarily or through civil action. I'm sure the landlord told you they had someone waiting otherwise you would've been responsible for your lease.
@panamafernandez4641 I may have been lucky, but I moved out because I was robbed by the people in the unit next to me who happen to be related to the landlord. Had he not found someone, he could have sued for the remainder of the lease. But he had an obligation to try to mitigate his damages, if he did nothing to try to find a tenant, he would have only gotten 2 - 3 months worth of rent. Most people don't go to court when sued so they get a default judgement against them for the amount of the original lawsuit. In hindsight, I think that is what previously happened with other tenants, but I showed up to court and pled my case. FYI - the landlord didn't tell me anything, we weren't on speaking terms, but I wasn't risking my life and possessions by staying there. Even if I would have had to pay, some things are not worth the risk
This case hurts me. You really don't know ppl until you know ppl. She's book smart but not street smart. And I would have never moved in with him and his mother, sorry
There is more to her issues its not all on him, he did more than what other people would do. Im not blaming him nor her sometimes we make choices plain and simple

Some of these comments regarding the plaintiff are deplorable. Anyways I hope she’s now in a much better place - sometimes it takes longer to get over the loss of a relationship. I wish her peace and good health.
The defendant is so immature it hurts... It wouldn't surprise me if his mom was in his ear and encouraged him to break up with plaintiff (mid lease) and come home 👀
The wrong partner can set you back for years..Pick up yourself girl! Dont geel bad you gave someone beneath you in every way a chance...NEver drpp your standards EVER!
I had a Ex that wanted me to sell my house and move in her house. We were dating for a while but had our issues during the relationship and eventually broke up. Good thing I did not sell my house.
I had a roommate in the late 80s. One day he walked out of his room smoking a joint. I told him, "PUT THAT SHIT OUT." Then I told him, "one of my rules of you living here was you cannot do any drugs here." I told him he now had 5 days to pack up all his stuff and get out. He said he would sue me, which he never did. After he was gone I told the other roommate "good riddance to bad rubbish"

@MindSetReset So True! I am praying that she finds that unfailing Love of Christ!
Beauty doesn't matter. good grief. you are beautiful so you should be happy and not have any problems. wow
Right Beauty does nothing for a broken heart
Strong people dont think about ending their life over a short relationship. Strong people also don’t lie about being pregnant.
You have no idea if she lied or not. She never responded to what the defendant stated. You’re assuming.
@@greatsweetniceexactly.
Agreed. She seems extremely fragile.
Why would anyone move in with a stranger??😮
Obviously cuz they can't afford to live alone 🤷🏽♀️
Calm down, you're born into a family of strangers.
If the plaintiff didn’t really wanna live in the apartment, she would’ve moved out and back in with her 7 people, and subleased the entire apartment.
"He didn't provide a solution for ME". She likes to play victim.
Definitely.
Exactly. He tried and she didn't accept it
Why did this make me tear up?
I know why. She doesn't value herself enough and worries what others may think of her. I think she had self-esteem issues as well.
Clearly this lady don’t see how beautiful she is, how he even got a conversation from her I don’t even wanna know. Know your worth
Why did he say process server like that!?!? Did he think Judge Milian didn't know what it was 😂
Sounds like he hesitated because he's currently out of work
Both of them need to grow TF up before they start dating! We have a generation of children walking in adult bodies 🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️
She is beautiful and her mom says she’s strong BUT you never know ppl mental. Most ppl that are strong are hurting the most. 😢
Beauty does nothing for a broken heart
My momma told me that if I don't have anything nice to say, then don't say anything. I don't have anything nice to say about these 2. And why do people think that just because you are beautiful, that you're automatically immune to human problems? Two, 21+ year old kids. That dude let her off easy. He didn't want to REALLY want to say why he broke up and moved. He had to get away!!!!
I would think she would make enough as a paralegal where she wouldn’t need a roommate.
We don’t know her debt load. I’m thinking repayment of student loans.
And they live in L.A.🤷🏽
Plaintiff dodged a bullet!! He's a mommas boy, who missed her and his cat!!
I kind of feel the opposite. I think the plaintiff has some issues. I hope she gets help and find peace
Plaintiff has more issues than Time Magazine
She just wants to be loved.. purely… she deserves a love that gives her security ❤
Dude, stay with your mom. That girl is bad news
💯
She right away tries to make it sound like she had nothing to do with anything and everything was "he thought it would be a good idea if.....".
My ultimate heartbreak happened around 28/29 and I was in shambles but there is life on the other side of heartbreak. I get really sad when I hear heartbreak stories.
No one cares, momma.
Sounds like you're still not over him.... why do girls want a dbag that doesn't want them or even care about them.
This judge takes nice to people then flies off the handle
Plaintiff definitely dodged a bullet by getting out of that relationship when he did.
This was a Dr Phil episode 😮
So a person can break a lease & only have to pay 3 months after breaking the lease. That's good to know.
@panamafernandez4641 the landlord has to try mitigate damages once someone breaks the lease. If they don't they only get 2 - 3 months worth of rent.
The fact that she LIED about being pregnant tells you all you need to know about this problem chick!! She LOVES and WANTS ATTENTION
Wow Judge Milan really?!😢 I can’t believe she responded that way. What a terrible thing to say to someone who has suffered suicidal depression
This case hurts me. You really don't know ppl until you know ppl. She's book smart but not street smart. And I would have never moved in with him and his mother, sorry
If she even looked for roommates, which I’m doubting, they probably ran in the opposite direction. She is CRAZY
There is more to her issues its not all on him, he did more than what other people would do. Im not blaming him nor her sometimes we make choices plain and simple
This beautiful woman fell in love with a mamas boy. No one will be good enough for him. I wish nothing but the best for her.
she wrong as hell... a one bedroom
These Gen Z'ers need to toughen up, they are made out of paper mache
That’s not nice. However, you are ABSOLUTELY RIGHT!!!😂
These tales are as old as the hills, so believe me…even your generation, whatever it may be, has at times fallen victim to this type of behavior.
You hit that nail on the head! Now if someone would just do that to them and let them know to grow up!
This case is from 2016 and the plaintiff was 28. These are millenials.
@@brianmcfadden4063 Even worse
Met my husband online and moved in the first day together at age 25; we have been married 18 years now. I always say it’s crazy, but we both just knew. It’s been wonderful too.
Some of these comments regarding the plaintiff are deplorable. Anyways I hope she’s now in a much better place - sometimes it takes longer to get over the loss of a relationship. I wish her peace and good health.
They are both gorgeous people (skin is absolutely flawless on both of them !!) and I hope they get emotionally and mentally stronger and more stable.
This case broke my heart
I had a roommate in the late 80s. One day he walked out of his room smoking a joint. I told him, "PUT THAT SHIT OUT." Then I told him, "one of my rules of you living here was you cannot do any drugs here." I told him he now had 5 days to pack up all his stuff and get out. He said he would sue me, which he never did. After he was gone I told the other roommate "good riddance to bad rubbish"
This is a trend. Letting your adult children live at home may feel comfortable, but it does not help them develop as independent individuals.
