1kg whole urad or maa ke dal and 1kg cheapest broken rice avilable at ur place, soak dal n rice seperately n add 1 spoon methi dana or methe in dal when soaking, grind also separately after taking out all the water and use minimum water to grind and if the grind is little corase also no issues but don't add too much water to get fine grind

1 dhal 2 rice urad like butter grind seperately. Rice slightly course .ix and ferment for 10 to 12 hours. This is standard
