'Belobog's Doctor' - Natasha (Honkai Star Rail)

Natasha from Honkai!! Finally drew something new after a while.
The final part (I didn't include because it was trial and error, basically you can't see much going on): guassian blur both the background and the foreground, motion blur around the edges, then overlay orange ontop.
Funky dunky music too.
