According to my view,the tyre which you showed gets wear out due to issue in alignment.So you need to replace the tyre and re-do wheel balancing and alignment to avoid wear out in future
Wrong grease used in calliper pin. Use special grease made for callipers which does not come out in high temperature as tyres get very heated up
