I used to have a KHHI Sirupati, And it was great,, they make excellent blades for a great price,, 👍👍
Beautiful blade! I’m a fan of kukri knives.
KooooooooL! I like it. I have several, but my main squeeze is the "Panawal Dotted Supreme" w/10" blade from them. A mixture consisting of beauty and can be a beast with perfect balance coupled with monstrous combat results for sure. Great folks to deal with as well. Glad you are happy with your purchase, it's the real deal. 🙂
They always have top notch CS.
Kukuri is king
Awesome looking kukri ! Got get one. Thanks for sharing yours.
Anytime my friend!
Thanks for another great review. Keep ‘em coming! Happy New Year👍🏻🇺🇸
You as well!
I have 5 Khukuri's from Khukuri House Thamel. I have the Khukuri Cowboy, its big with a 15 inch blade. Then the Jungle Black, with a Blued 12 inch blade. The Service No. 1 Remade, the standard issue Khukuri, but with a full flat tang and Rosewood Handle scales. Next the Mini Supreme Deluxe, with a half guard, a 8 inch blade, and a lanyard hole, it is my go to bush craft blade, and last my little one with a six inch blade, the Super MJ Plus, and I've used that as a camp knife, and with the 6 inch blade, its perfect for lots of chores. Now I've had to touch up the edge's of all five, but I have a Ken Onion Professional Work Sharp, so its really easy. Stay Frosty and keep em sharp.
Morning LT.DAN. IM GLAD TO SEE YOU FINALLY JOINED THE KHUKRI CLUB proper. Lolol Bout damn time. Your condor will be your go to blade in the boonies if you let. It'll never let you down .
🤣 thanks my friend! Finally joined the club haha!
Thing I like best a out the condor hd kukri is the difference in gring angles the inner part of the curve is ground thin enough a. At a good angle for feather sticks a d carving while the front is ground with a heavier convex for splitting and chopping . Other non traditional kukri I have arent like this. Is that kukri house model Same grind all the way through ? Have been thinking about getting one
Nice!!!!!! I got an ESEE kukri and it's awesome!!!! Great video brother!
Awesome! Thank you!
Checked out the kukri house site, nice blades and reasonably priced. Gonna get the mk3 kukri when I have the funds. Happy new year.😊
You as well!
Woah! That's bada**! Happy New Year brother! 🍾 🥷🏼🎉
You as well bro!
I've first seen the khukuri on Blackie Thomas channel. It seemed a bit excessive at the time. But I've been eyeballing it more and more. I appreciate you showing us different options. Thanks.
My pleasure!
i have always wanted a Khukuri-it may be time
Well, its a nice looking Khukuri. But not very historic. Yes the Service No. 1 Remade, from Khukuri House Thamel, is also 100 dollars, includes shipping and handling. Its actually slimmer and a tad thinner. So very fast in the hand. Also, it is what some of the Gurkha's, are ordering, Since it has a full flat tang, and a nice Rosewood handle. I hope you like yours. Do not throw it :) After looking through the KHH Catalog, I would have bought the Chukuri (Hybrid Special). only about 8 dollars more, and it is a tad more traditional, but with a full flat tang and micarta handle scales. Any ways, I hope you enjoy your Khukuri.
Happy New Year
You too!!
It's definitely pleasing to the eye. I have only had experience with a very cheap and soft metal one which killed my interest. But looking at this has definitely reawakend it lol
Nice!
Appreciate You Brother. Thanks for the review. Don’t forget to practice your Filipino #3 and #4. That Kukhri House looks like it could be thrown as well.
you might want to look into thai e-nep..its another form of kukri ARANYIK in thailand is the most associated village for it there is a guy form hawai who sells them in waves he buys a bunch they are all hand made and they are gone pretty fast, really cheap prices also.
You got that Thia address?
I want yo say thanks brother for all the great effort easily my favorite knife tuber and channel were all blade people here but i love firearms also curious to know if you have any bayonets and your opinion
That's a beautiful blade! What add on's did you select on your order?
I don’t think I selected any from what I gather I just got the basic one
@@411Outdoors Thanks! I'm glad I found your channel. I enjoyed your review and I'm enjoying your other content!
If you want a straight up fighting kukri check out their JB Electric Bowie. Designed specifically for fighting, sharpened swedge. It's a bad mofo.
If you are so much into the combat aspect of kukri, then you need to checkout the story and practice of Chilean corvo-curvo! That one is twice of what kukri can do ;)
Hmm, a little small but, ok.
There’s a 13” Nepalese Kukri on EBay now, $130 -stateside.
A true weapon.
The long ones are beastly. There is just something about these fast compact ones that I love
@@411Outdoors
I get it, speed vs reach.
I want both.
Is GK&CO on Amazon the same company or different?
I don’t think so
Thanks @@411Outdoors
Good luck with khhi ive seen and heard so many negative things about thos blades you can look up a walkthrough video somebody made on them and well it shows you how things go over there ill say that much
Very interesting 👍 I went with this particular model because it looks the most solid, but there are other frames I would question
@@411Outdoors o man you should ask chunkin steel about the 3 blades he got from them one showed up with a handle scale missing just pins stickin out the one side lol and then theres concerned aussie with his preacher design that the tip folded over stabbing the rustiest barrel ive ever seen and his blade just keeps bending more and more just from chopping with it and that blade is like 3/8 of an inch thick and they also didnt cover any of it of course
@@wyatthines153 yikes! Thankfully mine was intact as advertised but I in that situation I could imagine how hard it would be to send it back. That was the only thing that made me nervous.
@@411Outdoors ya most the time if there is a problem like the one guy his blade was a lot thinner than it was suppossed to be and was bent badly when he got it i think they just sent him another blade instead of him sending the first one back i have heard certain people over there make a good knife if you request to have them do it but im not entirley sure who they put down as the smith because theres a bunch of different people who work on all the knives and most of the blades arent even forged theyre just cut out on a cnc machine and ground down from indain steel they buy in
I have the beast 12” blade and I love it but I have 6 different one that I love but not like the beast
They have some good-looking stuff, but the shipping prices keep me from buying from them
I can understand that👍
Do you know if there is any logical way to conceal carry a kukri? Like for example a smaller bladed kukri. Which brings me to another question.. how small can a kukri get and still be effective? Can a kukri get small enough to not be called kukri anymore? Would it just be a knife with a recurved blade at that point? Thx brotha!!! God bless!!
Anytime, my friend! I’m thinking about reviewing the Raja two from Coldsteel. It is a massive Folding Kukri
Buffalo leather sheath and a decent knife and it's just $100?!?!!?
Lin is pretty easy to deal with but they have the dbad stuff war machine you'll not put it down gan I havr one my lord
Hm. I just realized something.
Mine is much bigger than yours.
