@@cub379 Close call between Carpro and garage therapy. I’m now using garage therapy every week therefore layering up the coating and am very happy with the colour, durability and hydrophobicness.
Very interesting. I'm curious to see how each dressing changes over the coming weeks. And to give them the best possible chance to succeed, how are you going to clean them? RW with an old tatty mf is quick, easy and won't strip too much away. And lastly, I'd definitely like to see Carpro Retyre against some other cleaners, if you have any. Its an RTU and i currently use GT decon 1:10 or IW Incinerate 1:10. Thanks as always! Really enjoyed that one and it couldn't be fairer
Hello. Sorry for the delayed response. Been mulling this one over. I had planned to just follow my normal routine for wheels. Red 7. AD just wheels. Scrub. Blast. Then allow a second foaming and additional blast during the topside car clean phase. Partly to try and accelerate some agitation and possibly simulate driving in rain (as there suddenly is none at present) and partly so I can get them to failure and start again with the same all round. Feels weird all being different. Anyway. That aside. I’ll possibly do an onr wash this weekend so as to be gentle ish then examine any remaining water repellency and also observe pigmentation. That would work well as cars only got dusty this week due to good weather. Then the following week I’ll go full chemicals and blast as normal. And can factor in some atom mac too. In hindsight. I probably should have done this on my partners car. Hers gets washed less frequently and driven down country lanes etc to do horse feeding/riding really regularly. Her car doesn’t get the love mine does in a nutshell so probably would provide a better real world test. Then I can also get the same product on mine and commence layering it up for best results. Right. That’s 4 more videos to add to countless others I have in mind Thanks for watching as always. All the best.
The big question is how long will each last? And what is the answer to that.
Great question. I’ll keep the channel updated. Thanks for watching.
They’ll be getting cleaned and pressure washed every week so I’ll ensure to post updates.
@@rev-you1975 which one held up the longest?
