Do you have the CAD files? Also, what software did you use to make this PCB? Thanks!

is their a why to add some sort of meter to see the charge static and capacity for someone who looking to savage 18650 batterys for a power wall

I see a lot nice projects for loading 18650 batteries, but I was wondering what do you do with the batteries when they are fully loaded?

Hey Steve. Nice board and great idea for charging multiple 18650's. But you are still using the XT60 connectors the wrong way round in regards to male/female. That additional XT60 connector on the end will have LIVE voltage over the two pins, which could be shorted by anything accidentally dropping into the connector, or just putting your finger in there.... Probably not the end of the world at 5V, but if you are pushing 8A into that PCB... I wouldn't want to touch it!
If you swap them over, the end connector will be impossible to short or touch (without some kind of looped metal). Safety by design!
    Steve

Stephen, the plugs are XT30 not XT60 otherwise you are correct they would be better the other way round.

Yeah you are correct , i use 2 connector just because i can jump multiple board

I followed your plan and I ordered the PCBs from JLCPCB. I tried putting XT30 but it won't enter. Any idea why this is so?

Please je so kind to suggest a different source for your board to buy it in Germany to avoid high shipping coasts. Sincerely M.

Nice.. Aside from the PC board, I have all of this laying around already and never even thought about putting something like this together. Great simple design that costs virtually nothing to build. Cool!

if you are watching this video, please be advised the xt30 connectors linked above wont work. You need to find a pcb mount xt30 connector. Ebay was the best place to start looking for them. Otherwise this is awesome and the pcb boards were easy to order. Thanks!

Make a 12v one so that we can use an inverter.

Everything you need listed except the PCB so that’s no good to me. I don’t know how to design a PCB. Steve do you sell the PCBs? If you do what’s the cost GB pounds please.

If you can solder it's super easy, you can use a flat piece of plastic and solid copper wire that will fit into the holes of the TP4056. First you make the holes for the 18650, 14500 or 26650 battery holders, once you have them lined up and fitted you can glue them down, then align the TP4056's above each cell and use a small drill bit to mark the spots for the holes, remove the TP4056 and drill holes or you can heat up a paper clip and push it through the plastic, do this for each TP4056 and glue them down. Now turn it over and bend the copper wire so they don't touch positive and run the wire across all of the negative connections then the positive and solder each one, do the same for the positive and run the wire up to each TP4056 negative and positive making sure you don't have the neg and pos wires touching each other and solder them. Now run the wire for power for both neg and pos to each connection on the bottom and solder, that will be you neg and pos rails, The rails can be thicker because it needs to handle 8 amp and use any connector you want as long as it's rated for 8 or more amp, done.
The easiest way possible is to glue the TP4056 to the back of the cell holder so the charge port is hanging out, run and bare wire from the TP4056 to the neg and pos to each terminal, but run the wire under the TP4056 up through the bottom and back to each terminal and bend them outwards to tighten the connection on the cell holder. this is the solder-less method or solder them and use separate phone chargers, charge them upside down and use a piece of ribbon or string under each battery so you can remove them easily, done. Be Creative.

Barry Greengrass He did post a link with the gerber files.
You will need to download that zip file and send it to a pcb manufacturer.
      2 popular ones are jlcpcb.com and pcbway.com .
They will use the file to make them for you and ship them direct to your adresa.

@@barrygreengrass3379 oww ok ok , then you have to work something out. Jlcpcb will charge $17 to make 5 boards and you need to order the rest of the parts.
i would not mind to make you a board but i think it will be more expensive in the end to ship it to you from my location.
