I can attest to the nose breathing. I switched to nasal breathing a few years ago and noticed an improvement in my facial structure and seasonal allergies within 6 months. Instead of taping my mouth shut, I kept my tongue touching the top of my mouth, which automatically made me breath out of my nose.

People have to realise that when you bulk the majority of the size you get comes from intromuscular fat (fat that is literally inside the muscle,like marbling in a steak), especially if you're eating a lot if carbohydrates which is absolutely terrible for your health in general. What you actually need to do is eat nutrient dense foods (red meat,eggs,dairy,animal fats and that's it basically) and avoid ALL inflammatory foods. If you do that you are going to optimise your muscle mass,development and cognitive function
Is a 1 yr 4 months bulk good I started last year May I want to start cutting by most October I have been told good improvement buh my back still lacks so working on that also went from 65 to 76kg rn but now I’m going even slower on the kilos Goal bulk is 90kg I want to cut to 70kg
Hey, if possibly can you please talk about discipline and calmness? Its been my problem for a while now, i don't know how to build up self discipline correctly and my mind always hesitates. Thanks tho i have improved a lot since i started watching you probably 8 months ago but just started self improvement last 2-3 months😅
For calmness I would just meditate everyday and practice gratitude. Those things bring the most calm and peace into my life. So does having a routine that I stick to. For discipline, do things everyday that you don't want to do. Do small things like starting everyday off with a cold shower. But if I'm being honest, there isn't a way to get around the fact that building discipline always takes you doing difficult things that you don't want to do. Mindset shifting and identity shifting help with this. If you can get into the mindset of someone that is already disciplined and believe that you are a disciplined person that does the difficult things no matter what, then you will become that disciplined person. Visualization and positive affirmations can help with this, but there is NOTHING that is going to change the fact that you are going to have to do things even when you don't feel like it. You either do it or you don't. Taking action and consistently doing difficult things you don't want to do will also give you proof that you are the type of person who is disciplined.
I haven't watched the video yet but I just had a thought while the intro was playing. Why don't we hear of "PersonalityMaxxing"? Looking good is important and great, but personality is also very important. It's something I need to work on.
Is bulking up the best option if i can't see my abs right now but I do have pecs and obliques muscle definition? I don't want to gain too much weight. Also, when should I stop bulking and start to cut?
