Hi, I have a question about SEO. I was wondering how often should you change your Etsy SEO listing keywords, and/or title of your etsy listing. Should it be Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly etc.???? Great Video BTW!!

I've been on etsy for years and they just pick and choose who they want to spotlight. I don't send any message about feedback, any time that I have, I have not gotten the feedback at all. For me, people just leave them on their own and I am grateful for that. I'm here to see what you have to say about ranking. So far asking for feedback is something that didn't work for me in the past.
Great video. A silly question: you mentioned to include and change your titles and keywords for seasonal holidays, for example. You don't get penalized for changing the title and keywords for older listings? How would that work for the ranking for those updated listing?

Everything I tried to do to help it didn't make any difference and that included contacting etsy 3 times for their help. Other shops similar to mine are still doing well. It depends on how it’s done. Most of the time, if it’s done in a way that seems helpful to the buyer, blending in helpful information about the product as a follow up, or with access information for the product (if digital) in our experience, it is very effective.
Hi Kate, I recently opened my store about 3 weeks ago. I listed about 70 items, then suddenly Etsy suspended my account without reason. I've checked my emails (and spam folder) but haven't not been reached to yet by Etsy as for why. I've sent them probably close to 7 emails now, and I still haven't heard from them. Wasn't sure if this was a common problem or if you had any suggestions other than trying to be patient. 😅 Thanks!
Their support is horrible, keep sending them emails, also send them msg on their social handles, post your problem on LinkedIn by tagging them and they will surely reply
Odds are it happened because you uploaded so many listings so quickly. The bot in charge of suspension probably thought that was suspicious and that you were a big operation trying to corner a new market or a scammer. But if you keep showing how dedicated you are to getting your shop back, Etsy will take another look and help you out. So just keep hollering at them and hopefully you will get it back soon!
Etsy suspends a lot of new accounts for no reason lately, especially after connecting some pod sites. Just send an email. It took mine 2 weeks to come back on
This happened to me as well! I didn't get my Etsy back and running or even a reply email for almost a month. Ended up being their mistake and not something I did wrong
I sell dainty jewelry. Do you suggest offering a 50% discount on all my products or just 1 product when promoting in a Facebook group with their permission? How many discounted sales would be enough for a necklace as an example for my listing to start ranking well in your estimation?
Buy one get one might be a better route for jewelry. We did jewelry for a while and BOGO was always more profitable. Think about it. Jewelry can almost always be packaged together and rarely adds to the shipping coast by doubling the weight. A lot of your cost is shipping and packaging. This cuts that out.
Just me, but I would not email asking for a review. Etsy sends several reminders, and as both a very successful seller and a shopper on Etsy someone asking me to leave a review would make me want to NOT leave one.

It takes time. Even as big as my shop has gotten I still only get about 1 out of 6 or less of my follow up thank you emails back as reviews.

Get 5 star reviews and your store will be more seen…but you have to get that first sale…but you can’t make a sale if no one sees your shop.
That’s why marketing your shop externally is so important!

I would increase the listing price and then put a big sale on it, so it appears that way to the buyers.

In my experience messaging customers to request reviews can totally backfire, in general people don't like to be nagged about this.
