This helped a lot because I'm getting my binder tomorrow 😊
this is so hard man, but I wont give up!
I've always had a hunched position to hide my pigeon chest. However, people get uncomfortable and they like my back to be straight. Do you please have a clue to remember that I am less accepted for having the hunchback position? Thanks.
I’m not trans, but I have some trans friends and I practically live in the gym and I’ll try to get them to workout with me, but they’re kinda worried about going. So see a trans gym bro might be kinda cool for them.
Speaking as a trans man that enjoys working out, I'd just offer to train with your friends either at someone's home or at a public park. The gym can be a place with a lot of eyes, mirrors, and unfortunately judgement, and we trans guys tend to hyperfocus on that stuff, more than our cis brothers often do.
It's harder to train effectively anyway if you're not comfortable, and taking that first step in a setting that's more comfortable can make it easier to get them into the actual gym with you down the road
@@sagemcmichael8320 Thanks for pointing that out. I also have a home gym in my garage that I use. I didn’t let them know about that so maybe that’ll make them more comfortable.
Time for the next step
I went a little oldschool on some parts
I dont like 😂
