Thank you very much for your guide. I followed your instructions to find and download the driver for this very old webcam to be used with Skype on my old Windows 7 desktop computer. It is now working perfectly. I had thought it was outdated to be thrown away. My Skype is now working with this webcam.

I have Win11 and unfortunately got problem during driver installation. Report me driver is found on system, but got encountered an error while attempting to install them. Device cannot start (Code 10).

Hello Divya, without actually being there to troubleshoot the best advice I can give is to uninstall the driver you installed and then follow along the installation again. If you can have someone else do it just to get a second set of eyes on the steps it would be better. Its probably a tiny step that was missed. Top on my list of guesses are wrong driver or selecting the Logitech driver manually. Small chance it is the camera itself that is broken. Hopefully this helps, please let us know the results. Thank You.
