JESUUUS this recipe is UNREAL !I tasted it and then I tasted it again and I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!!You are a GENIUSSSS! All the thumbs of the world up!! Please post more sauce recipes!!!
Fullyraw Kristina I just made this for my little ones for lunch after church and they were skeptical lol. I usually do your curry sauce or avocado pesto on zoodles. They LOVED it!! Thank you so much for giving us such wonderful ideas for raw food!! We've been fully raw for one month now!!
My kids & I are not fully raw vegans but we tried this recipe & it was delicious. We did add garlic, onion, Himalayan salt & a dash of pepper. DELICIOUS! Can't wait to try more of your recipes!
i made about half of this with pine nuts and raw mushrooms and absolutley loved it! it tastes amazing, just like pasta and i dont feel bloated or anything thankyou for sharing such a great recipe, im making this all the time x
Cooking definitely kills the enzymes, which give a LOT of energy when not destroyed. The higher heat and longer the cooking, the more depletion of nutrients as well, generally speaking. However if you are going to eat, for instance, beans and lentils you are better off not eating them at all if you are committed to 100% raw because uncooked they are too toxic.
Once my spiralizer comes in, the lady said by Thursday, I am making this dish !!!! Can't wait !! Thank you for all that you do, Kristina!!! You are our hero!
I just made this and it was soooo good. I added garlic, onion, and a tad of salt for taste minus the cinnamon. I want to eat this every day. Delicious!!!
I have one and I love it! Of couse the "noodles" are a bit crispier than flour pastas, but they are really fresh and filling. You can use it for more than just making noodles. You can cut up all kinds of veggies in all sort of fun ways. Get one, you'll love it!
I literally just made/had this for dinner the first time except I threw my zucchini on the mandolin because I don't have a spiralizer. BUT IT WAS THE BEST THING I'VE EVER EATEN. Oh my good golly goodness. This is so freaking good. Thank you so much for the best thing in my life right now.
Hi, Nice recipe, really :) I appreciate the effort you put in what you do. Try to add to the recipe some garlic, a shallot and marjoram. Try also to switch to another kind of tomatoes like the so called "San Marzano"( that's how we call them in Italy). They have a very particular taste.
The zucchini really look like a pasta, I love spaghetti,,,i need one of those spiralizer. Thank you Kristina for share with us. I'm eating healthy now, you are a big helper!!!
Yes, of course I remember you! Thank you for coming! So glad to have you there and here! Thank you for being such an amazing support! Many hugs and lots of love!
Can't wait to try this!! Kristina, we met after your Saturday presentation at the NYC veg fest. I am the makeup artist you met. You are such an inspiration I adore your channel, so great to meet you. XO
I made this dish tonight and WOW, I'm so full. Thanks for the recipe. I also made the pumpkin pie; however, I don't have a Vitamix so hopefully it will taste good. Thanks again Kristina.
I got my spiralizer just like yours today. Made this and put a low fat raw vegan marinara on it. It was the best thing I ever tasted. The "noodles" were perfect. The perfect thickness and everything!! Thanks. Hug hug
My lovely Kristina you are so lovely and sweet, I actually showed a couple of your videos to my mom because she never got a chance to see it and I kept talking about you and she loved you and your recipes. We actually had lunch before we watched this video, but we got so hungryyyy since everything looked so great and tempting, and we had so much fun watching you in the back scene. Love and hugs from me and my mom
well, my friend and I made this last night for dinner. OMG...DELICIOUS!...Not that we are "fully" raw but we do love to eat healthy and mostly plant based. I am getting there slowly but surely. Thanks for posting such awesome videos.
This is awesome! I love dressing and would feel great to be able to have noodles again loaded with veggies and herbs! One of my faves! Thank you Kristina!
YUM and thank you so much, in need of more dinner recipes here but I was thinking of putting cinnamon in a raw soup the other day too, can't wait to try this!!
Awesome, awesome, awesome! I actually had a raw vegan friend make a rendition of raw pasta w/ marinara and it was outstanding, and I will definitely try this asap! Thanks!
We can't get Swiss chard here either, so I tried using a celery stalk instead (not a whole bunch, just one stalk!) because that is also "salty" in flavor and kinda similar in texture. It worked wonderfully well!
Kristina you seriously need to make us a video about your beauty care routine! show us the products you use on your hair, skin, face, your make-up... we are curious and I know we have been for a long time! Do a segment about your oh so magical hair! PUH-LEASSEEEEE anyone agree???
I went to a raw restaurant and had the raw zucchini pasta. I was nervous, but it was incredible! It had a spicy avocado sauce. I would LOVE to figure out what they made it with!!! If you ever experiment with avocado dressing, I will be super grateful! It was one of the best sauces I've ever tasted!
You probably have had tons of requests, but in case you haven't would LOVE a video of your hair care routine (products, tips). Your hair is so gorgeous and I don't know how on earth you grew it so long and still have the ends look great. I try to grow mine long, but my ends just look thin and unhealthy after it gets a certain length so I have to cut it off again. I have hair envy every time I watch your videos! :) Thanks for all you do and share and for helping to inspire so many. Hugs! :)
Hey Kristina! I just received my Spiralizer I got from Rawfully Organic from your site! I am so excited! eating this tonight! Thank you so much for all your amazing recipes! xoxo
i´m from Germany.and I sometimes can´t understand english words and something like that, but in spite of all that i view your videos, because they are always very nice. i love you. and like always a thumbs up. :)
Hi Kristana thanks for recipe.. this looks really good gonna make it for myself tomo night.. sometimes I find raw vegan recipes to be a bit bland (not yours of course :) ) so what I am wondering is what are good alternatives to salt to spice things up a bit.. or give recipes a bit of added extra flavor.. Thanks for the advice.
Hi Kristina, just picked up all the ingredients for this recipe so can't wait to make it! I love your enthusiasm when it comes to all raw foods. I'm 64 yrs young and just starting to get into all this and I wish I had started earlier in life. It scares me to watch what is going on with our food supply and what the government is letting happen. All these chemicals in our foods,? Monsanto with their GMO"s . God's poor animals and the conditions they have to endure? Thank you ! Raw is exciting!
This dish is definitely about flavor! Next time I make it I am going to skin the beets. During the meal the beet flavor was perfectly distributed, but the after-flavor was definitely from the beet skin, and was very earthy. I generally like earthy flavors, but it overpowered the herbs in the sauce, which I personally thought were the perfect flavor match to the chard and beet combo. I used a low power blender to make this sauce and it came out very smooth. I just cut the stems into small pieces.
Kristina, how can you eat all this..I would love to see a video in which you eat all of a big dish like this one, or your fruit plate plus the rainbow salad..I really don't understand how can all this food fit into you. I a trying to go raw and today at lunch I ate 5 persimmons and..I was almost exploding :-o
You'll eventually get used to big portions is real food - I'm pretty sure Kristina would've had the same problem when she first started too xD I get it sometimes aswell
I showed my meat loving 12 year old son your videos and he is excited to try this and your burrito!!! Thank you for giving me the knowledge and wonderful recipes to share with my family so that we may have healthy lives! Hugs!
can you refrigerate the raw marinara? if so for how long? This recipe sounds and looks so delicious! I am actually starting a diet that eliminate all complex and refined carbs and my weakness is PASTA! this seems like it would be a great substitute to sike out my cravings :)
I would of never though of going full raw-vegan (seriously never ever) until I saw your videos! Thanks for sharing all that you know and being such and inspiration for others, who knows maybe one day I'll be fully raw! :D hugs and kisses from Puerto Rico!!
I don't have a vitamix blender. Would you suggest shredding the chard before putting it in a regular blender, or is there another option instead of chard that would also be good?
JESUUUS this recipe is UNREAL !I tasted it and then I tasted it again and I COULDNT BELIEVE IT!!!You are a GENIUSSSS! All the thumbs of the world up!! Please post more sauce recipes!!!

Good luck to you and your little ones!! 😊😊
Thank you so much David!
Vegan Nurse. Are you still eating raw food??
🥰
If you had a restaurant I would go there everyday!
Just made your recipe but added 2 cloves of fresh raw garlic, a teaspoon of Cayenne pepper, and a teaspoon of Pink Himalayan sea salt. So good!!
I like her videos and enthusiasm, It's always easy to take nutritional advise from someone who looks so healthy! and LOL she eats sooo much!
My kids & I are not fully raw vegans but we tried this recipe & it was delicious. We did add garlic, onion, Himalayan salt & a dash of pepper. DELICIOUS! Can't wait to try more of your recipes!
i made about half of this with pine nuts and raw mushrooms and absolutley loved it! it tastes amazing, just like pasta and i dont feel bloated or anything thankyou for sharing such a great recipe, im making this all the time x
im curious why dont you cook anything, like with heat. does that take out nutrients?
Cooking definitely kills the enzymes, which give a LOT of energy when not destroyed. The higher heat and longer the cooking, the more depletion of nutrients as well, generally speaking. However if you are going to eat, for instance, beans and lentils you are better off not eating them at all if you are committed to 100% raw because uncooked they are too toxic.
