I just bought the INFINITE aluminum one today. I got it home, took it out of the box, and there was broken pieces laying in the box that appears to have come from the ball and socket area. Absolutely no damage to the box it came in, because i always look for damaged boxes before i buy anything, but yet the inside foam protector was all smash up real bad. Pretty disappointed after spending $350 dollars for it, now i have to drive 110 miles round trip back to basspro to return it and get my money back. Keep in mind folks, these are also MADE IN CHINA!
It's "infinite" not infinity.... additionally it's a POS. Aluminum screws on the grip have a big issue with immediately stripping. Far less holding power than any competition.
I’ve had multiple deathgrips. All junk…… including that dinky ball head. Finally switched to two vets tripod dqtv2 with 55mm ball head. Never looked back. Yeah it’s 800$ but you get what you pay for.

Why didn't u just call the company and have em send you a new one. You coulda probably kept that and had a new one

The ball head is Arca, yes.
