    That looks SO good and I will make it. Love that you hand out plates. I have a hint for pasta that is stuck other than adding oil. Save a cup of the pasta cooking water then when you ready to use the pasta, pour the starchy water over the pasta and the stuck clumps will release, stir if it is stubborn. It works like a charm.

    This is fantastic!! No wonder you are so gifted in the culinary realm, because God Sees your heart for people. Even when Jesus was teaching, He always showed compassion for the people. The disciples were like “Oh, here we go again…Just send the multitude to Wendy’s to get a 4 fo 4! 😂Thankfully, Jesus ignored the disciples and we all know how He pan-seared that little boy’s two fish, buttered up them five loaves, and fed 5,000+!! Hallelujah!
    All this is to say, you’re doing great things for God’s Glory. Your delicious food, generous heart, and sweet spirit are a blessing to all. God Bless you infinitely, dear. Jesus Loves YOU! 😇🙏🏼

    I used to cater before I got too sick! For suggestions for plates to serve on a budget! I live in Texas! Down here there's a dish we make called "Chili Beans" but we doctor them up. You can put in your smoked meats, ground meat, and sausage! Really you can use any type of meat that goes well in chili. Add some Spanish rice or white rice, and a small salad with a piece of corn bread and you set for a low price meals to give away!
    P.S. you can ask me about the spices we use in our chili down here in Texas!😄✌❤🙏

      @@CamirrasKitchen Let us compare spices with what each of us put in our chili's! The history behind "Chili Beans"! The minorities (Blacks) is the other races could afford to put Stew Meat or Chuck Roast or even more expensive cuts than that! We used ground beef and then they started making a coarser grind of ground beef called "Chili Meat" and that's what we used if we couldn't afford anything else, so we doctored up the spices and added beans to make it stretch to feed your family! Now we're grown so we twist it around and add extra meats! Texans don't put beans in our "Chili", hence us coming up with "Chili Beans" LOL I'm way older than you. I grew up in the 1960's and 1970's. I'm probably old enough to be your mother! LOL BUT YOU STAY BLESSED & SAFE OKAY! 🌶🥰✌🙏 If you want more suggestions for your plates that you give away or recipes in general you only have to ask!

      @@CamirrasKitchen Camirra this was how most black people were taught to make chili in Texas! First pick your meat. For us, we used ground beef with chili meat (aka a coarser grind of ground beef)! Brown your meat with onions and garlic. Season your meat with garlic and onion powder, your choice of seasoning salt and black pepper! Second drain any grease that you have from the meat. Add your everything back in your pot! Third mix your seasoning (i.e. cumin, chili powder (I use Gebhardt's), corriander) and we don't put bell peppers in our chili! This is Texas there's too many other chili peppers to use. You can use jalapenos, serranos, poblanos, Anaheim's, etc. It's whatever your heat level can stand! I like to use crushed tomatoes and tomato sauce. If you have to put any liquid, use broth or another can of tomato sauce. If you use water, you have just messed up all the flavor you have just built up! Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer! I sprinkle a little bit of sugar to cut out the bitterness of the tomatoes! The longer you let it simmer, more intense your flavors will become! Now about the "Chili Beans", at this point you can just add "Ranch Style Beans" they sell them here in Texas, but Bush's has what they call chili beans which are the same thing! Then you will have Chili Beans" Texas style! You don't have to use crushed tomatoes, you can use diced! If you have any more questions, just shoot me a message! Bye Bye all the way from Texas 🤔🤨🧐😉🥰✌🙏❤

    • @CamirrasKitchen
      @CamirrasKitchen  Год назад

      the jerk seasoning last for about 6-8 months if the seasoning u use are fresh. i love heavy cream, but you could use evaporated milk. you may have to thicken the sauce with a little cornstarch and water though. but it should still taste great.
