**SPECIAL NOTE**: This episode is rather long and quite hectic 😂 , but Deddy really wanted to spend time on this one for you guys! (Theres LEVELS to making homemade cream sauces! And he's also getting back into the swing of things after being in the hospital for 2 weeks.) We'll be back to shorter more concise videos very shortly, but for all of you who love a longer, more detailed and intimate lesson, this is for you! Thank you all for your prayers! Thank you Denny. I'm not the greatest cook so I'm always searching how to cook good Jamaican food. You're instructions are very simple and i love that. I just made RastaPasta and my husband love love it. He ask me, who teach you. I say Denny! Stay safe and continue doing what you're doing.

A stick of Butter in the pan then add 1 Onion, 4 cloves garlic,make translucent and then make a roux with flour about 6 tablespoons, add cream/milk little by little into the roux. Keep mixing on low heat because thei milk is cold. Add the whole container of cream/ milk and mix. Add one cup of unsweetened coconut milk keep stirring. Add salt to taste, garlic powder, black pepper, all purpose seasoning, then add white wine about 5 splashes, turn heat up to medium high. Keep stirring, add spoon full of jerk seasoning from jar, and keep cooking and stirring until sauce is thick about 20 mins. Add parmesan cheese if you like. In a separate pot add olive oil on medium heat. Add garlic and stir then add fresh thyme then Add rainbow chopped bell peppers and about 3 stalks of green onions . Keep stirring. Add black pepper, garlic powder, dried herbs blend, all purpose seasoning, old bay seasoning,spoon full of jar jerk seasoning, add broth into both pots, keep stirring until veggies are soft. Add veggies into the noodles stir and ladle the sauce onto the pasta and veggie mixture. Should take about an hour.

Question? If mummy has gluten issues wouldn't the roux in the sauce give her problems?? Or did you guys use gluten free flour??
@@belindaparson2669 Maybe in a low dose like im a sauce it doesn't effect her as much as a whole plate of wheat flour?🤷🏾♀️

This warmed my heart to see the relationship you have with your dad. It brought tears to my eyes bc it reminds me of my dad and i lost him the day after Christmas 2023 and my new year greeted me putting him to rest . It's been tough but this video made smile. It would be lovely and ideal to put the list of instructions & ingredients used for your recipes. Watched the video & wanted to make this for dinner. But had to scroll through the comments where luckily someone had posted the instructions in their comments. This helped alot when I was literally on my way to the store & only then noticed nothing was listed. Thanks for the tutorial. This looked so amazing! Can’t wait to try it ♥️
