1/2 onion
1/2 bell peppers
🌼Seasoning
1 Tbsp jerk powder seasoning
1 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp garlic powder
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp complete season
1 Tsp all purpose season
1 Tsp onion/salt
4 cups pasta
1 1/2 Tbsp jerk wet seasoning
3 cloves garlic
3 cans coconut milk
1/ 2cup heavy cream
1/2 to 1 cup cheddar cheese or Parmesan
4 pieces chicken breast
1/2 Tsp browning or dark soya
🌸Pot
1/2 Tsp jerk powder season
2 Tsp cornstarch for thickness/optional
Check baked for 35 to 40 minutes
