I followed Sandeep's instructions and it worked! Everything is faster and I got rid of all the annoying Microsoft and Lenovo garbage. The first restart was slow, but the second restart was fast and programs and files open faster. It took a little over an hour (the defrag took the most time), but I've added years to my life!
