Aw man - this is awesome to hear! Thanks for your comment and hopefully you can get the same experience from next week's video of the Ring Of Steall too!
Blast from the past from me seeing Mr Pain. Use to train Brazilian jujitsu and he would attend a few classes. I was only 16/17 at time so didn’t have much to talk about back then 😂
Just awesome Fergus, every Sunday it's something else you do that again points out that being in shape is not just to be able to do traditional sports but also to do unconditional sports & enjoy a much fuller life.
Loved the video mate! Ben Nevis is on the bucket list so was great to see what it was like in varied weather conditions. Do you have a vid that goes through your gear for a day hike at all? And you mentioned using a gps - is there one you can recommend?
Followed you from the Project Vertical days ..great videos and keep them coming .Cheeky question..do you think it’s ok to do the Fan Dance in July in a pair of vivobarefoot primus trail shoes? Have some lots of trail running in them ..Thanks in advance💪👍
To take the title litteraly....it depends on the type of gym training. As you have shown me and others the two can compliment eachother quite well. Ive used your advice in my post Co*id recovery and as a chance to discipline myself to do strength training combined with cardio.
For a disabled person, thank you Fergus, for showing me something I've always wanted to do, and experience.
