Great video as always! Way out lasted my prediction of 2mins. Very impressed! Watched a video earlier with Bradley Wiggins and they mentioned that his Gold medal at London 2012 in the TT he averaged 460watts for 52mins. Next video, how long can you last at 460 watts??? 😳

Does anyone know if it's possible to get into powerlifting while training for cross country? My 5k pr is 18:18 but my goals are to get it down to sub 16 while being able to deadlift 500lbs. As a lifter who doesn't run and has no idea about pacing I really appreciate the analogies you used to put Kipchoge's speed in perspective 😂
7:54 Fake jogg as a pedestrian when a car is coming
    8:07 Marathon pace
8:41 You are late to catch the bus for work
    9:12 10k pace
10:36 You are in the vicinity of your home and you get notified there is someone shady in front
11:53 Running after someone who snatched your gf handbag
13:45 Kipchoge/ which I will equate to the pace when a high school girfriend texts your teenage self "Home alone, want to come?"
