Different circumstances of course (and much less pimpy kit) but you have recently inspired me to go a little further like a 25km run without specific training (worse after than during) and a 5k PB at the track. Congratulations!!! I totally appreciate your accomplishment … I used to lift 6x/week and was pretty strong, but then I got into triathlon. I’ve done 8 Ironman races. Anyway, the point I’m making is that I’ve had to let the strength training go. I still lift occasionally but I’m nowhere near as strong. The two are simply not compatible. What you did is thoroughly impressive … Ironman endurance training while maintaining impressive strength. Great accomplishment and great video💪🏻

I did a 100k ride last year. Running sort of ok. Swimming shit. My goal next year is the world deadlift record. It's 265 kg atm. I'm also going to give the bench record my best too. Thanks man! There's more to it than that for sure, more about finding the optimum balance for each individual (which is a very finite formula to get nailed!)

Does the multi discipline virtually opposite disciplines have any negative impacts on strength and endurance or vice versa, I definitely believe you enjoy both sports because you practice an Endurance &a Strength discipline.
Just considering hybriding for health purposes.
You could do A Do and Don't of Hybrid Athletics or Athletes.
