- Watch live coverage as SpaceX launches a Falcon Heavy rocket carrying the U.S. military's secretive X-37B spaceplane. Liftoff from historic launch pad 39A at NASA's Kennedy Space Center is scheduled for 8:07 p.m. EST (0107 UTC) on Thursday, December 28, 2023. It will be the fifth Falcon Heavy launch this year. The twin side boosters will return to land at Cape Canaveral Space Force Station about eight and a half minutes into flight.
Our live coverage from Cape Canaveral, with commentary by Will Robinson-Smith, will begin about 90 minutes prior to launch.

Just watched this during the Magic Kingdom firework show with my wife and kids. Wow! We lucked up today!
We were on a family vacation @ Disney too. Were watching the fireworks from our balcony and hubby looked over and saw THIS!!! What a treat!!!!

Your footage from ~T+2:30 to ~T+3:50 is some of the prettiest I have seen of a Falcon 9/Heavy launch, but it is very shaky. Is there any possibility you could produce a stabilized version? I think it would be a hit.

Why didn't they repaint the side boosters?
.. Paint is only used to prevent corrosion. They knew they didn't need it, They knew the turn around time was gonna be short.
Why repaint or wash them when they end up sooty again after the next flight
