Hey! Love your videos, thank you very much for the super cool fights. I'm trying to learn how to piece up effective ACs and while looking at your build I was wondering about your choice of generator considering you are using the laser shotgun. My theory is that you are only using the shotgun for it's stagger to fill the bar when your melee hits are not enough, but I would like to hear about it from you. Thanks!
it does actually have a energy firearm output of 88, I only used it for the very high capacity (multiple quickboosts/dodges back to back, I use it for the melee cancel also, and has fast recharge so I don't get stuck with 0 where I can't dodge anymore) the energy firearm does help the shotgun damage itself, but from what I've seen the charged attack I mainly do gets registered as a melee attack, and doesn't get affected by that i mostly look at generators for their EN capacity and recharge, didn't care much for the firearm spec as this is mostly melee shotgun was for the stagger yep, you are right, if you look at the very start of the fight, the charged moonlight into pulse blade attacks isn't enough to stagger the boss, the charged shotgun results into staggering the boss there i tried to make it melee only but i think i used the shotgun damage by itself, not charged, 1-2 times to stagger the boss, it isn't too rare to end up with the boss stagger meter close to full and you end up needing the tiny help from the shotgun hit

It has a pattern. Once you memorize where it's going to dash next you can just beat it there and hit it with whatever you want. Of course you get here after learning the boss, so all the genuine experiences against it are already used up.
I wouldn't say it has a pattern so much as it has limited types of attacks. And the patch basically told it "Stop spamming triple blades!". So now it can't spam as bad. But it'll still do what's effective. For example if you keep it at bay without being too aggressive it uses drones, then to get in close to attempt the triple blade, it does drone wings to low slash. Then if it uses triple blade up close, it immediately backs off to use one of the 4 more ranged attacks since it can't spam triple blade anymore. At this point I'm positive that it doesn't have a pattern, just limited moves. And it uses those moves in the order of whatever seems like a good idea at the time. So more than likely, it's the players that have a pattern
