I have this bike, and I absolutely love it! I'm only 5'4", so I don't get cramped up. I ride with my husband, who has a harley, and I can keep up with him. Of course I can't keep up if he guns it, but we don't ride crazy 😅

I was surprised at this bike and even at 6’4” it wasn’t bad at all

I got this nealry two months ago. I ride it to work almost every day the weather permits me to. Its my first motorcycle and it certainly has enough going for it to keep me entertained. Like you said, going "fast" for this bike is just fun. My number one issue was those mirrors, replaced them with some nice angular ones, then I replaced the exhaust with the M4 slip on. Also installed a windscreen from T-rex racing. All were nice quality of life changes that gave the bike more character.

Suspension can always be fixed after market, just ask any Harley owner. I'm on my 3rd however this bike is like 6k not 20k. So that's not really a deal breaker for the price. I'm 60 something now and I'm really considering this bike as my next one. I'm tired of big heavy bikes. I can do all the riding that I do on this bike just fine.

This bike is on my shortlist. Heck, it is my shortlist, at this point. A few thoughts I’ve learned from others. The mirrors are junk. Bar end mirrors for the win. I’ve read that the rear suspension can be swapped. I’ve not read details as to what is used, but that’s encouraging. Kawi has a trip computer that fits to the right of the dial you don’t like. Not sure if that would improve the looks for you. Frankly, I think it’s attractive enough for me. What else? You didn’t mention braking, but rumor has it the rear brake is surprisingly useful. Oh, and some people were griping about the stock tires. I don’t know enough to comment on that. TBH, you looked too big on that. I’d say a Vulcan 900 would fit you better. Or Vaquero if you don’t mind buying gas. I liked this video. It was fun watching you fall in love with it! Go ahead, admit it! You want a second date with her! 😂

I did love the ride and it earned itself a place in my “would buy” category for my test ride tier list video I am making for the end of the year.
I rode the Vulcan 900 also and will be releasing the video soon. It was good but it’s just not exactly my style

Bought mine back in November and I absolutely love it. It's my fifth bike. It a perfect urban cruiser but can still hit the backroads really well.
The two problems I have are 1) The stock mirrors are absolute shit. The field of vision and viewing surface is way too small. Replaced those the first week. 2) the pillion seat is an upholstered brick. Still looking for a good replacement that isn't one of those suction cup monstrosities.

Bought this bike back in october great bike im 6.1 its really peppy for a 450 i feel you on that hip cramp thats my only gripe really. Suspension could be a touch better and thag would make a big difference. Overall id give it a 8.5 out of 10 just a couple things id change but i bleed green all day so ill let it slide

I really like this bike. I noticed that you went like 67 mph while still in third gear and this is a 6 speed.... so it looks like it would be okay doing 75 or even 80 all day long if you were up in 6th gear. Do you have that impression? I only ask because since I am 65 years old now I am thinking about getting rid of my 750 lb bike for something pretty light but I still want to be able to go 75 on the freeway for an hour or so without feeling like I am stressing the engine too much. Of course I would need a short windshield to knock a little wind off my chest.

From my short test ride I think I’d be fine. The engine likes the higher revs anyway but 75 seems easy for this bike.

    Hi
It has a ground clearance of 150mm.are there any problems during cornering/curving? Or doing low speed manouvres?
    Thank you

The official is 115 mph. Seen a few videos that matched that. But with a 450cc, weight of the rider and gear is going to have a big impact. Even with larger folks like me [250 lbs], it hits 100mph from everything I've seen.
