I discovered my limp mode was caused by the vacuum pump that opens the turbo gate had failed.

They are e10 bolts. Just took mine off. Who knows. Yours may have been changed before.

If only Sprinter had provided two additional screw holes on that Three bolt EGR Valve to apply a separating force on opposing sides when removing.

Did that fix any of the power hesitation you had mentioned?

I think my issue was actually just cold starts which cause a little hesitation when first starting the van. I've never owned a diesel before and I think only 2-3 of 5 of our glow plugs are good.

This EGR is only for 2004-2006 models.
