I just upgrades from Mamba Elite to the Death Adder V3 Pro; way lighter and I love the grips!! So far so good, very good clicks, fantastic scroll wheel--Im in love
Upgraded from Model O Wireless and was definitely starting to get some crampy wrist feel when gaming for long hours. Hardware wise, if you can get around the battery life, the MOW actually gets more crap than it deserves. They should eliminate the RGB to make it lighter and get better battery life out of the box. It was solid for the year I used it. Now the DAV3 is definitely more premium in every way. It is lighter and there is just something about the precision of the sensor that has zero perceptible delay. The main buttons 1 and 2 are noticeably better in their feel. Side buttons are flawless along with the scroll wheel. I'm going to welcome the improved battery life over the MOW as well. Will try to update this space in another week or two of usage.
@@movinperera Mouse was slightly too big for me in FPS tac shooters even though I have 19.5cm length hands. It's a very large mouse. It wasn't totally the size but the shape itself makes it hard to get a good squeeze on the mouse especially when your hands and the mouse are very dry. Other than that, I loved everything else about the mouse. If you can try your hands on it in a store first I would recommend it. My friends mouse wheel broke on DAV3 after 1 year of use. But this issue is not unique to DAV3... I've had 4 Superlight wheels go bad in 2 years.
loving the mouse, went and bought one yesterday. my only downfall is that the thumb buttons, i wish were the slightest more to the front of the mouse,. i kind of have to bend my thumb more to hit the back thumb button.
This might be my next mouse. Its close to the mamba wireless that i like unless mamba comes out with a v3. Ill wait until december maybe they will release a mamba by the end of the year.
Picked one up today to replace my superlight pro x since it made my thumb hurt the way my hand rested, and boy I'm glad I did. Much more responsive, side buttons larger than x, and the sensor on this thing is presise on my qck heavy pad. First csgo game dropped 43 kills 😎
I finally found someone who uses the same grip as me on RUclips. We are a rare bunch. I run a VMSE and it fits me well, but I was thinking of getting this one, as well.
coming from razer deathadder elite to deathadder V2 wired, do you think i should upgrade to the V2 wireless? or i should upgrade to V3 pro? with the changed shape?
You mentioned something about the switches being heavier compared to the V2. How would you say it compares to the G Pro X Superlight in terms of how much force to click? Asking because I have a disability that makes me very weak, so stuff like that matters a lot to me. I got the G Pro X Superlight right now, but I've had so many issues with this model (double click, coating etc.) I already ordered the DA V3, but I can still cancel it depending on your answer.
I just wish they'd keep the charging dock capability, it's so convenient to just slap it on a dock, I'd be fine giving up 5-10 grams to keep the charging dock capability.
I'm a bit disappointed when you compared it with glorious mice instead of pulsar, pulsar mice are way much better than glorious, but anyway nice review keep up the good contents!
@@noclipp You seem to be forgetting that people can use these however they want. You don't get to tell people not to use wired, or anything of the sort.

If you don't like how the Superlight feels, sure, but otherwise, probably not. That mouse is still one of the lightest and one of the best for competitive gaming.
It's legit infuriating that the mice with the best wireless + sensor on the market only have 2 programmable side buttons. When most games other than the snail paced 20 year old tacshooters and their clones require more than that. Your only option is to get the deathadder v3 pro/viper v2 pro if you want a lightweight, modern mouse with the best sensors etc. The only other mouse with these sensors seems to be the basilisk v3 pro, which is a g502 clone that's even heavier than the g502 x. And since I already have a g502 lightspeed and x I don't want to guy the "razer" version. I just want a lightspeed mouse that has at least 3, easy to press programmable buttons.
I find the dramatic changes to such a classic design dissapointing. I have both a deathadder V2 and a glorius model D. I have both because I love the uniqeness of the Deathadder V2, now it's basically just a slightly different version of the model D losing it's uniqeness and specialness. If I wanted to buy a model D I'd buy a model D, I like the Deathadder for what it is and now witht the v3 thats gone. I think Im going to buy a few Deathadder V2s because unfortunately, it looks like you wont be able to get anything like that again which is really sad.
All these children pretending to be fps gamers and thinking a lighter mouse will actually make them any better. Lol. And it's "bad" to enjoy a light show at your desk? Honestly, talk about growing up
finally they went to route. I don´t give a damn If I use a mouse that has RGB. Really the least thing to look when I see my setup. you still have the light between the buttons lmao.

Much appreciated!
Why doesnt Razer just release the V3 Mamba with less curve on the right side like the G703, now that would be my endgame
also I hope they release for the Naga

Sadly, I don't have a G Pro X Superlight to compare it to
Can you see a V3 pro MINI being a worthy candidate??
They should've done this with the Mamba.
please do a comparison vid with the basilisk v3 pro please

exactly also glorious doesnt even have razer da shape... Pulsar Xlite V2 V3 V3es have razer da3 shape
I wish the dav3 had a bit of a higher rightside, my fingers barely fit in
Do you know if we can plug it in and still use it while plugged in? I don't care for wireless.
Yes but the wireless is as fast as wired in terms of latency now I don't see why you would
Yes you can

Sharkoon Shark Force II
HyperX Pulsefire FPS
Steelseries Rival 300
Stelseries Rival 310
Glorious Model D
Logitech G Pro Wireless
Logitech G Pro X Superlight
Darmoshark M3s Pro
Razer Deathadder
Razer Deathadder V3 Wired
Razer Viper V2 Pro Wireless
Razer Deathadder V2 Wireless
Never seen someone who uses 3 fingers on top of the mouse at all times - thats interesting :D
I blame it on using the Apple Magic Mouse while editing back in the day
Would you say DA3 suits smaller hand better than DA2?
deathadder 3 is huge... check the hump on eloshapes
Should i buy this mouse when i already have the logitech g Pro x superlight?
If you don't like how the Superlight feels, sure, but otherwise, probably not. That mouse is still one of the lightest and one of the best for competitive gaming.
DA v3's sensor is the best sensor in the world ATM so if you are gonna buy it buy it for the sensor, not the shape
my logitech g pro gave me carpal tunnel syndrome...
Although i really dig the shape with some ergo curves like the ninjutso oox,i wouldn't call it a deathadder just because of how different it is.
For 1-3-1 grip would you recommend the DA v2 pro or DA v3 pro?
I mean I use a 1-3-1 and absolutely love the DA v3 pro, so that'd be my recommendation :)
i really prefer the older design and shape, both of them are too short for me, 19.5cm hands
Will this fit finger tip better or viper v2 pro i ask
Viper V2 pro I think
viper v2 pro will fit for fingertip better DA is ergo
wow they went same as viper v2 pro, no rgb, interesting
love it
There is no rgb to decrease weight
To save battery

Have mine for less than a week and it’s already skipping

Good review, however you are using a top tier mice, with top sensor and latency, to play a game with absolutely horrendous broken mouse input.
