I was a flight attendant on the A310 on the NBO/FRA and FRA/KHI routes from 1989 to 1991 just before Pan Am shut down.This video brings back those memories as we used to play it before every flight.

Definitely 1987 or later, as you can see an A310-300 depart at the end, which Pan Am received from 1987.
