christianbro2 Just a lot of practice and experience, continuously hearing repeated messages through the whole day for years and years, it's not that big of a deal
try understanding ROK atc, especially when their President decides to take a flight down HWY1 without telling anyone.

It sounds different in real life when you get it on your head phones. Think about how different things sound on your phone on loud speaker compared to when you hold it to your ear.
For those who dont know: LTU is short for LuftTransportUnternehmen, which literally translates to Air Transport Company.

I used to meet with LTU in Düsseldorf on engineering maintenance negotiations in the 80’s when they operated Tristars. I always found them to be a relaxed and friendly bunch and nice to do business with. If you are still out there Mr Johannes Turzer I hope you are well.

I wonder why everytime after they land, F/Os give control to captains for slowing and taxii? Please inform me, if such as things exist.
Most larger aircraft are steered in taxi primarily by means of a steering tiller. When installed, a steering tiller is always installed at least on the left side of the cockpit. In the past, aircraft did not offer an option for a second steering tiller on the right side, likely reflecting the norms of the day. Updated aircraft and newer designs commonly include as standard-or offer the option of-a steering tiller on the right side as well. Some companies choose to omit this option as a weight and cost saving measure.

Taxiing the aircraft is only to be performed by the captain. (however, the FO can perform that task also, if he is to be prompted to captain, sooner or later. )
