Scorpions was my first concert with Blackfoot and Ted Nugent( who totally sucked ) at The Capital Center August 1979. Scorpians and Blackfoot totally rocked that house!
The passion in this song comes from a place that is in the heart and soul of the singer and musicians. It’s appalling how so much current stuff is digitized. There is absolutely no comparison.
So the first time I saw The Scorps live was in San Diego. When they performed this song everyone who had a lighter with them lit them up and held them high above their heads. When Klaus Meine, the lead singer finally gets to the climax of the song and belts out "I'm Still Loving Youuuuuuuuuuu" every hair on my body stood up. To hear him hit that note was worth the price of the ticket in its self. The Scorpions are a band best heard live. I know a lot of people are suggesting to do "Rock You Like A Hurricane" next and it is a great song, but it gets over played. I would suggest reacting to "No One Like You" or "Big City Nights" and yes the live versions. Again guys great reaction. \m/\m/
Scorpions are exceptional. The Zoo, Rock You Like A Hurricane are must listens! Wind of Change is a top 10 selling song in world-wide history. They've been around 50 years
Back in the 80’s I got hooked on Rock You Like A Hurricane and I’ve not looked back great call on the Scorps! but you got a listen to more of them. I’ve seen them six times in concert and Klaus Meine is phenomenal, he sounds just like he does on his recording tracks
Great German metal band.. lots of hits! Big City Nights, the Zoo, Arizona., winds of Change, rock you like a hurricane, no one like you... do them ALL!
They were from West Germany, however some of the bands’ family lived in East Germany while the wall was up… So they definitely all have a strong connection which is where a lot of the inspiration came from for the song “wind of change”
Scorpions!!! Huge fan!! I literally have a Scorpion tattoo on my arm that I got in 1986. :0 Holiday is another great rock ballad they did. Have searched your page and I can't believe you guys haven't listened to Hotel California!! Probably the most recognized song in rock and roll history, check it out!!
aahhhhhh!!! I haven't even listened yet - but I grew up with this song and LOVE IT!!!! Teenage girl love and heartbreak with the bad boy she adores... to be 17 again
I really like and utterly appreciate that you chose artists from all genres, countries, skin colours, male and female...and always are open and without any resentments and prejudices. Just with an open heart enjoy the music :-) Thank you for being a good, positive, joyful (and yes: very entertaining) force in this world :-) Sunny greetings from Munich/Germany
Dont listen to these mainstreamers taunting "rock you like a hurricane".; go for SCORPIONS "Rhythm of Love" for the real deal. NO RUclipsR HAS A REACTION TO THIS.
KLaus Meine the lead singer got polyps on his vocal chords back in the 80s, I was in a panic over this German group. His voice is so plaintive, and lovely.
The Scorpions had their biggest success and huge concerts all over the world in the 80s, but this crazy guys are still on stage! I saw them last year (February) in Melbourne, Australia. It was such a amazing expericence, perfect play by the band and perfect voice from Klaus. Hello to all from the hometown of the Scorpions in Germany (Sarstedt).
Yes, yes, yes. My all time favorite band. The World Wide Live album is exactly how these guys jam in person. They are the real deal! MORE SCORPIONS Please. Lady Starlite, Loving You Sunday Morning, ALWAYS SOMEWHERE, Holiday. The Zoo - off of world wide live album is so damn funky grooving to me!! Anything off of Savage Amusement! I listen to Ratt now and think they actually hit harder than a lot of the other rock bands of that time. Lack of communication and Slip of the Lip are great. Great band!
I may be the minority here, but my favorite is Pour Some Sugar on Me and 2nd favorite is Let's Get Rocked. I loved dancing to those two songs so much that my favorite DJ told me to stop requesting them, because he'd just go ahead and assume that if I was there, he'd better play them, lol
"Rock You Like A Hurricane" and "No One Like You" are great songs.
Winds of Change too!
Absolutely!!! Nobody Like You and Rock You Like A Hurricane to rock out. And Winds Of Change to chill.

Rock You Like A Hurricane, by them is great also. They are a German band founded in the 60's, but really had great success in the 80's in America.
Their 2008 album with the song Humanity was also great.
Yes but wind of change is really good as well
Shame they aren’t in the rock n roll hall of fame...such a global reach they have had
