Ale's bass work is just awesome 💜
I've been listening to rock music since the mid sixties or so.
I've seen the rise and fall of a number of bands and genres. At my age it's getting tough to see some of my musical idols pass away, bands break up or heading out on a farewell tour.
That said, in a world of autotune and TikTok stars these young ladies kick ass.
I haven't been disappointed yet!
If people didn't know before, these three are proof that the future of rock is female. I am all for it.

The ladies wrote as a duet. Dani and Pau are alternating and both singing lead and Ale is harmonizing the entire time. The sisters did it cause they wanted a duet.
Dani and Pau pretty much trade vocal duties throughout the whole song. Another good song from this concert is any of them. LOL
If you have the opportunity, PLEASE go see them live. Whatever "IT" is, they have it!
The Warning are one of the very rare bands that sound better in person, than they do recorded.
@@billgoodwin8742 Yeah I didn't realise I'd be seeing them when they were supporting Muse earlier this year. I was more than pleasantly surprised because they were so great live. Unfortunately only found a few tracks I liked their studio version of at least when I compared to their live version I heard 😔
Hands down the best thing to happen to the music industry in 30 years! Every time I see these girls perform I feel like a proud father.
Did you know the "Warning" was on MTV's VMA's last week only had 2 45 sec clips shown on aired show but full songs were shown online where they killed the audience they played "More" first and crowd was saying "Who" but by the end of the song they were vibing with it ,then they played played "Evolve" and blew up the crowd LOL you should react to that !!! Loved your reaction !!!
There was defo at least one guy in the crowd who knew them as he was singing the songs word for word every time they panned to him ha ha

This song is definitely a perfect example of their sharing of the lead vocals. Dany takes the first verse, while Paulina takes the second verse. For the chorus, Dany sings the A-section, where Pau sings the B-section. Pau also sings the solo section in the bridge break-down. The other song thar comes to mind where they equally share vocal lines is in their song "Sinister Smiles" from their second album Queen Of The Murder Scene.
If you haven't seen it yet, you should definitely check out The Warning's live performance of Evolve at the recent MTV VMA show. They sounded fantastic, and the audio engineer did a nice job making sure we heard Ale's AMAZING bass work :)

I am still blown away by the ability of Pau to sing perfect lead vocals while pounding her drums like they owe her money! I understand this is a very hard thing to do. I also understand that in order to do this Pau will run on a treadmill while singing at the same time - my lungs hurt just thinking about it. 🙂

These ladies are just badass.
The vocal interplay between Dany, Pau and Ale is one of the things that make this band so special and sets them apart from really any of their rock music contemporaries.
In addition to what Kansascaymans recommends, Dust to Dust from this same show is Paulina in lead vocals. Do yourself a huge favor and watch all of the official videos from this show. Phenomenal! PHENOMENAL!

If you want to see Paulina out front of her kit singing lead, suggest Narcissista or Revenant from this same show. Survive is another one of their “classic” songs where Dany and Pau trade off on lead vocals. Great reaction! 👍😎

Their energy is amazing. They performed 2 songs for the Video Music Awards, More and Evolve, and I didn't think it was possible, but their energy for those performances reached a whole new level!! Check them out!
Every song from this Teatro Metropolitan performance is superb and reaction worthy. Pick one and go. Seriously, you cannot go wrong.
Note that Dany sings in first verse “The Sun in our enemy today” and then in the second verse Paulina answers, as a good disciple, that “The sun is her enemy today”…

Yep, these sisters do a wonderful job with being dynamic.
"You just want to bite into their sound" is the single most insanely accurate phrase to describe the TW. The full concert is now available on YT with all of the songs from the album ERROR as well as a few choice selections from the past. Ample amount of Dany doing just the lead, Dany and Pau (as in this song and a few others) and Pau only either behind the drums, out front with a guest drummer, in an acoustic setting (with beautiful harmonies from her sisters) and as a "ghost"...IYKYK. This song was my intro to The Warning - that was enough. I’ve been hooked ever since. They don’t have a bad (or even a mediocre) track in their entire discography. Pick a song, any song and react to it. As a further aberration, do a live one, as they are even better than the already phenomenal studio versions. They are beyond fantastic & yet still so young - they will only get better. Great reaction!

The opening bass line is insanely goosebumpy. Saw them live this year and they began with this very song, incredible atmosphere.

They have such an awesome energy live, saw them in a 600 people venue in Berlin, Germany this May and it was just awesome :) They started with Disciple and everyone had their hands in the air instantly. Best concert in my whole life.

So this is a duet between Dany and Pau. Dany sings Verse 1 & 2 and all choruses (plus the last prechorus). Pau sings Verse 3 and Breakdown Verse, all Pre-Chorus and Post-Choruses. All the "whoa" shared by all three.
So here comes the suggestions:
For other duets: Survive and Sinister Smiles (my favourite two).
For Pau songs: Narcisista in Teatro is a must. I also suggest 23, Revenant, The End, Black Holes.
For Dany songs: you must definitely see Evolve, When I'm Alone, Amour, Martirio. I strongly suggest you to check out Crimson Queen. Acoustic song in which Dany has amazing vocals (as usual of course).
All must be live performances if you ask me :D
Awesome reaction! It’s perfectly ok to fangirl over The Warning. For the vocals, it was about half and half. Dany and Pau kept switching off on the singing, based on the imaginary characters that they portray- the “leader” (the system) and the initiate (the disciple). Everything that The Warning does is insanely good. Thanks, again!
Great reaction! This song is an example where Dany and Pau literally share the lead vocals. Otherwise, Dany is the lead singer for like 75% of the songs in their catalog. If you want to see Pau take the lead - check out Narcisista from this concert where she emerges from the drum kit. But I also HIGHLY recommend watching "23" from this same concert where Pau sings lead WHILE playing drums for the entire song. It is a power ballad and Pau has a technique that conveys desperation and longing like few can. Worth watching for sure.

Joy. When I watch them, listen to them, experience them...I feel joy. Their music moves through me, not just into my ears but literally resonates through me. Great reaction. If you want to see them share more vocals you should check out their 2nd album, a concept album, called Queen of the Murder Scene. I think you'll really appreciate the story they tell and the performance of Dany and Pau who seem to live the lyrics while singing. They wrote that album as teenagers and its a masterpiece! (watch them live at Lunario).

They play their instruments like there’s no tomorrow and they create this solid, tight, melodic, and hard hitting wall of sound that gets you hooked.

Dany and Pau interchange the lead vocals in this song, and both combine their voices perfectly, the first part is sung by Dany, the second part is sung by Pau, and Ale supports them with the chorus. Regards from Mexico City!!!

Pau sings lead on about 2/3 of this song. She does 2nd verse, 2nd prechorus, half the chorus, and that break part. Also, Al is starting to do more singing lead herself. She sang lead on 2 songs when I saw them last month in Toronto. It was such a good concert. You have to see them if you get a chance!
You sounded so amazed that Pau sings, you should really listen to Revenant from this same concert at CDMX if you want to hear how beautifully she can sing, it is accustic and it is amazing.

IMO, I think that you might want to go a different direction first. Check out the 3 song 2017 (2nd one they did) Ted Talk. They give small speeches to the audience between songs that really give you a sense of who they are, their beliefs, their directional outlook, and wants........ as a 16, 14, and 11 yr olds. This video is responsible for a massive growth in their fandom, popularity, and the evolution we see today. The last song is "Survive" that they still play to this day, and on this same concert you just watched. We consider it a right of passage to see this song performed live, as it hooked many of us, including myself. It's a duet, and it has one of the best Jam sessions, in their entire catalog. This concert version is great, but not the same as seeing them in the Ted Talk.
One of the best concerts on RUclips. Anything from this concert is fire. Try Evolve, 23, Survive, Revenant, Narcisista, or When I am Alone, plus many more as all songs from this concert are good.

I suggest watching the full concert, song-by-song. That way you get the full experience instead of the concert broken into pieces and you get the feel of the flow from song-to-song.

Daniela and Paulina share vocals in this song. They did this in the song "Survive" from their first album XXI Century Blood.
Dany and Pau share the vocals in this one and the song right before this Survive they share vocals as well and it's a banger too. This was the first song I heard by them and it's still my fav. Animosity is a song you must see at this concert as well as Dust to Dust I know you saw an older version but at this concert it's really good and Pau sings lead. Thanks love your reactions 🤟🔥🔥⚡⚡

Judging by your reaction, I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that you liked the song....
The switching off between Dany and Pau for lead vocals is a thing they've done a fair amount, it's not a new thing. It's just another example of them being smart songwriters and taking advantage of having multiple singers. If you're looking for more songs from this concert to check out, I'll suggest two. The first is "Survive", which is an older song of theirs that also features Dany and Pau switching off lead vocal duties and has a great high energy ending to it. The other is "Narcisista", which is a song in Spanish where Pau sings lead...and in this particular performance, you get the full Hurricane Pau experience because they have a guest drummer and Pau is unleashed from her drum kit.
Been watching these girls for a few years now. Think its about time they toured UK and Europe
They just got done opening for Muse in the UK and doing some other shows in Europe. I believe they are playing at a rock festival in Germany soon.
@@keithwillenson8314 yep! this summer (of 2023), they were the first Mexican band to play "Rock am Ring" and "Rock im Park" in Germany in 20 years... they have also been invited to play at the 2024 Wacken Open Air metal festival which is also held in Germany... i think that's the one you are speaking of coming up soon... idk if the plans are final yet but they are definitely in the works...
@@WaldoKitty It's on their website for future tour dates. Besides the two festivals in Germany this summer they also did shows on their own in Berlin, Madrid and Barcelona. They also did a couple of shows in the Netherlands with Royal Blood and some more shows in the UK, both their own shows and the Download Festival plus a festival in the Czech Republic. Note that their website also gives a full list of past tour/appearance dates all the way back to 2012.
Do them all! There are no bad ones. My personal favorites are Money and Choke. You should really check out Dust to dust for more Pau. Narcissista and Martirio to see their stuff in Spanish. So good. Also evolve but from the VMAs a couple weeks ago. They did More too at the VMAs and that is worth a rewatch. It hits different live.

Every song preformed during this concert is spot on, you should review every song.
Dany is probably one of the best front(wo)men ever. No matter what the vibe of the song is, she completely embodies it in her voice, her facial expressions, her movements, and of course her guitar work. Incredible. If you get the chance to see them in person, don't miss it!

If you continue reacting to TW it will become very easy to pick out which sister is singing lead at a given time just due to being able to recognize their individual tonality.
The “More” you listen to them will also enable to differentiate when it’s Pau or Ale providing primary backing vocals or when it’s all 3.
In the VMA video of More Ale was the primary backing vocalist to Dany and she sounded amazing. You could also hear Ale very clearly in the Evolve performance as well.
I would also recommend the song 23 from the Teatro Met show to hear Pau’s lead vocals as one of many examples.
It starts as a slow ballad and transforms into a power ballad. Absolutely beautiful song.

I know this concert is the big thing right now and rightfully so if your impressed with Pau s vocals check out "Black Holes" live @ Dakota bar she wrote this song when she was 13 and, in that performance, she was 15 it has brought more than a few men to tears absolutely beautiful piece.

a great thing about this group is that even though it's just the three sisters they have a real full rich sound which I love and love the low bass really rounds out the bottom of the music

First time seeing a reaction video from you…and I’m in love with you. Your reaction was my reaction the first time I saw this video. I’m an school death metal head and I was stunned by these girls. Dany is a powerhouse and Pau is pure energy and beats the shit out of those drums. What an amazing band
I love how they trade off vocals in this - they're actually kind of "in character" in the song's lyrics, which have 2 opposing voices, one a "true believer" Disciple, and the other not, and critical of those who surrender their independent thought. Really fascinating lyrically. And of course, it RAWKS! hehe
They started this concert with the song "Z" and I love how they kicked it off. Please react to that one. I also recommend reacting to the Ted talks they did when the were much younger. they really show how much talent they had even as teens.
I saw them in August and their energy was incredible. They were so fun and so good live. Dany and Pau are both fantastic frontwomen.

Saw these girls live in the summer of 2022, when they were opening for Halestorm. I had no idea who they were then, but I knew once I saw them; they did great. The main act that night was worth it, too!

Hi Rachel, another great reaction to these 3 amazing sisters. I watched a previous video of yours, I think it was Hi Ren, and you shared some personal details regarding mental health.
From this concert at the Teatro Metropolitan cdmx, Dany performs a song she wrote at aged 15 when she was homesick attending the Berkeley music college with her sisters. It touches on mental health and is a great song which I think you would really enjoy called 'When I'm alone ' A truly great performance from Dany.
