Dude you're amazing I'm from Bulgaria and i can say this is so difficult to do 10cars per day.. I do 2-3cars max with masking and work more like 12-13hours and even i work with solvent base.. Doesn't matter i really like what you do with fucking much love this is the true to do that with love.. Be positive and god bless you too. Do much videos if you can paint machine ;)

Man I'll give gabe credit, I've watched him be almost out of clear so many times and he never speeds up he keeps his same flow, really good self control. If he has to mix more for a pass he will do it. That's awesome most ppl would hurry and have a uneven paint job (myself being one of those people). But not gabe. Like a freaking robot.

Great video, you should do a video one time of everything you do in a day. But remember it doesn't have to be the most busy day were you have to be focused. But then again you love what you do so any day is great day, motivated painter. Wish you the best you are a role model and a great teacher ,hope that means something.

Waters different but for solvent i fog it around different angles to get rid of zebra stripes!
I'll put two medium wet coats maybe my hand gets a little heavy on some areas that's why I keep getting these runs I do watch all your videos

I find if I don’t check the color before I do my control coat I’m asking for trouble especially on silvers ... the control coat creates sand piling and if for some reason you need more coverage ISSSUES especially on contoured edges

Hey Gabe,I love your attitude and your work ethic.Question for you though.When you paint silver especially your lighter silvers like Honda NH700 when you blend your adjacent panel and then clear it do you notice it being darker than the panel you didnt spray.I'm talking about the adjacent panel next to your blend panel.
That's why I clear almost to the edge then on the second coat I clear all the way. Also I have hear that polishing the blend panel before prepping it for paint helps with that too

Hi there.. i've seen in other videos and this one too that you do not spray the inside off the fenders .. why is that? Allmost all of my cars have stone chips or bits of rust inside the fenders and I have to spray there .. ohh.. and you are one of the best spraypainters I've seen on youtube.. great videos allso..keep it up..

I don't use a is for base brother I have never really liked it. I use the Walcom hte base 1.3

Thanks Gabe. Any reason why you did second coat of clear top to bottom instead like the first (bottom to top)? Some people are suggesting video your whole day. I believe quality is better than quantity. Keep it short but valuable. You make a 2 hr video I'm still only going to watch 5-10min.
Because the over spray can land on the clear on the bottom and not so much on top and whatever lands on top will be fresh but everyone does it differently

ive noticed all your videos, the cars in the booth never have plastic wrap on the other side of the car? why is that? every shop ive seen, they have plastic on the bother side to prevent overspray. is it a certain type of booth you work in? as the booth you use has that conveyor belt system which ive never seen before
We mostly use spray mask to cover the rest of the cars 😀
