I wish everyone did it this way: keep everything you can that is great about the original (which is, let's be honest, also pretty much perfect), make sure you do the original justice - and once the fans of the original are satisfied, add your own spin to it, blow them away and make them actually prefer your version. Brilliant.
The Axe Synth patch is real and I'm so glad you both upgraded the Satch AND got 8Bit to finally do a killer collaboration. This is so effecty and honors the original so cleverly :D Definitely a new buttload of sounds I didn't think could be done :D

there's at least one layer of synth instrumentation under every instrument. the bass has like 4 lmao - we are actually playing everything though.
