After completing the video, I began to realise that it did not really make sense to perform a thickened cut here. The louvers actually terminated on a flat face, so a simple extruded cut would have sufficed. A thickened cut would be more appropriate if the "excess" of the louvers sat on a curved face. You can try this out by splitting the faces such that the louvers terminate halfway along the fillet.
I have uploaded an unlisted and unnarrated video showing louvers terminating on the fillet instead of on the flat face. Using a thickened cut here would make much more sense. In that case, it would be difficult to use a simple extruded cut to remove the excess. ruclips.net/video/zZIHB22eh1g/видео.html
After implementing the top Split Faces, I was unable to select either of splits on the front individually. I (not soon enough) discovered that it was necessary to hold down the mouse button to select the intended face beneath the Profile.
Thank you for complex lessons. Could you do one on creating a variable curve, variable thickness toroidal propeller? I want to make one but am too lazy. Thank you.

Excellent videos as always!
Your creativity is literally in a different dimension! Thank you for sharing your methods.
I admire the work you put in to create these video and push the limits of what fusion can do.
Great lesson! Thank You!
I always tried to do your exercise videos. thank you!
i don't know how you make everything look so simple

How are you moving the navigation cube like that and so smoothly?
Probably a SpaceMouse
