I recently found a Nippon vase heavily painted in 22kt. Unfortunately, sometime in its life it took a spill from its shelf. Damn cats! It broke one of the handles off. But somebody thought enough of this vase to repair it. There are 3 breaks in the handle and the closest to the neck a well hidden chip.
Is it worth having it professionally restored? How much can I expect to pay for the restoration? What is the difference in value from perfect undamaged condition, to damaged unrestored value, to professionally restored value. I can send pics to your email.
