Hi there. We based our top providers based on who/what our clients pick as their solution, from the pool of providers, for their solution. While we did have some WebEx consults/clients in the previous year, the Top 5 you saw in this video are the ones most of our channel viewers and callers chose for their call center solution. Keep in mind, while Cisco is a long standing player, WebEx Contact Center is still fairly NEW, not even a year old yet I believe, so I do think it has room to improve and maybe make our list in the future!
