Love how you explain and are honest on what to expect. Irritated patient / customers will be intimidating at first but with practice we can turn that angry client to a happy one without having to connect them to a manager . Unfortunately, something that some don’t discuss that happens is , sadly, some Americans are racist . They will say rude remarks saying “ I want an American not you “ or “ I can’t understand you . Speak clearer “. Please don’t let these nasty comments get to you. Unfortunately, America is divided . However, I help my team. When I find out the person in my line was rude to someone in the Philippines ,I make it clear that we don’t tolerate anyone to belittle our staff based on color/gender/ethnicity. We pride in having a professional team working from the Phillipines to help our customers even though they are not Americans. Filipinos are so hard working and I respect all the effort they put in to work for American companies . Please know we do appreciate your help ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This really helps a lot! I was a non-practicing RN who got diverted mainly to financial CSR for almost a decade. I was only able to work in the local clinical setting just for 6 months last year, and now I'm joining an inhouse US healthcare account. It totally is a different kind of mountain to trek, but the info you gave serves as a great guide or overview. You are the best Pinoy call center vlogger, I have to say. More power to you!
