Big welds one of the only celebrity characters in fiction with a heart of gold and isnt revealed to be a shady villian. If only we had more people like Bigweld in this world.
And what makes it even better is that he isn't either evil, or wholeheartedly good, at least at first. Rather than meeting him and him being a complete paragon, he actually goes against what he has believed for so long since he really thinks it is the only option anymore. He is a likeable character, while still having understandable character flaws.
