I was 16 when the movie came out and I saw it on cinema with my three little sisters. The two youngest were 9 and they love that type of movies. Normally, I don't like this type of dark movie but the fact I knew the story helped me to not being afraid. This type of story shows us how much the money can change even the nicest person as we can see Scrooge's past. If Marley came to see Scrooge, that was because he knew that he'll finish like him, with all the chains and boxes, after his death but with the three spirits, he gave him a chance to becoming a better person and change his faith. You should watch the movie " Barbie in A Christmas Carol " what is another adaptation of Dickens' book and very interesting too even if some things were changed. Of course, I saw it because I'm a girl but it's worth it

I verified on Internet but that was logic because the Ghost if Christmas present says he has 1842 olders brothers (one by year) and if they lived as long as him, we just have to do the maths. And there was a detail when he was with Christmas future when he falls down the steps the three men one of them sniffs his palm twice and that's. Crack or Coke in Victorian London ( or was some herbs but he was acting a bit odd) it was legal and early America it was sold.
