- Hi everyone the recipe that I am sharing with you today is my easy chinese style chicken curry which is a quick and delicious dinner. Ingredients
1.5 kg chicken (boneless)
1/3 cup of oil
2 chunky diced onions
1/2 cup peas
1 container Mayflower chinese curry sauce
1 pint of cold water
Salt to taste

Very nice and tasty looking when finished and served on plate
Nicer and cheaper than ordering
Would rather have listened to the actual sounds of the dish cooking than that music.
The onions were sliced not diced. You didn’t take the excess oil out of the pan before adding the sauce
do u put in both garlic and ginger or just 1 ?

Sorry to be critical but far too much oil used, and not necessary. Too much chicken added to pan when frying which results in chicken boiling in the excess water that has been released from the chicken. Much better to use less oil and cook chicken into two separate batches. Then simmering the chicken in curry sauce for a few minutes will tenderise meat further.
