I had originally planned on having a wide pattern and spraying more like you would see automotive painting done but one reason is I was spraying with a 15 gallon compressor so it could not support the extra air flow needed to spray with the fan pattern and two, since I was changing the color in a few spots having the right pattern allowed me to get a thicker coat on so when it comes time to sand I have less of an issue with sanding through and seeing the blue or the old white beneath. Hello there. I was just curious why you had the spray fan set the way you did & went up & down instead of side to side.
