Then about five seconds later he says it. But there were more-BLT, Indiana Jones #1-weird. Maybe it’s generational. 😉🙏🏼💥
Do you feel like Raiders holds up? I watched it for the first time a few months ago and thought it was kind of awful. There's some good comedy here and there and some decent action sequences, and a wonderful score, but there's also some bad acting, bad dialogue, cheesy moments, bad dubbing, etc.
Of all the people who have been asked these questions, I answered the most in line with Mr. Craig. My favorite action film is "The French Connection" with Gene Hackman, hands down.
Loved it- when he said he gives his clothes to charity. And then! when he started to say Show- I immediately thought Joan Armatrading! then he said Love and Affection~ yes! Love you even more now!
There IS something after life...I know because when my Dad died end of 2020, I could feel him approach from the other room, pause in front of me then move on through the wall at the end of the livingroom. My sister came out from the other room then, and said I should probably come to the other room. I knew Dad was gone, of course, but my sister told me she thought I should come in to say goodbye. Later she told me, "He was still alive when you came in." I didn't refute it at the time. The night after his memorial service we were staying out in Wisconsin at an Airbandb (spelling?) as Dad had wanted to be buried in his distant home town. I told my sister that I'd known Dad was gone because he'd come to say goodbye to me before he left. I told her in more detail than I wrote the above. It was probably the greatest gift Dad could ever give me as I'd lost most of my faith after some rough life experiences. How Dad knew I would sense him there...maybe he didn't know. But I did and just as my sis knew when he was gone, I also knew when he was moving through the livingroom toward where I sat, paused then went on his way. He wasn't just my Dad. He was my friend. I miss him so much. I hope to see him again when it's my time. Since I had a heart attack a month ago, maybe it won't be so long. I'm not afraid anymore.
lol - his response to that last question is perfect. unbounded optimism bumping up against real-world limitations, all in 5 words. he's a properHemingway, but like, if Hemingway wasn't so depressing.
