I have used your technique of separating veggies a couple of times for single meals. Love it. You are really great at getting the most out of your budget.

This is really fab. I'm vegetarian and don't live in the US but I love how you mixed and matched so many different meals from the same base ingredients. I like to cook this way too, it's so efficient!

$1.50, very innovative! You're good at separating things out.
As you said, nothing goes to waste. During the shortages, I was forced to purchase Bisquick which we hate due to the overly salty taste. A couple years later it needed to be used so thankfully found it worked in fine in making loaf yeast breads mixed 50% with AP flour and no salt added.

This is cheaper than most frozen dinner entrees, which I see as a win. 👍
In addition to being attractive to people who are budget-conscious, these meals are appealing to another segment of people: people like me who DON'T like leftovers. Most budget-conscious meals require you to purchase (and cook) in bulk, which means if your freezer is unreliable like ours, you essentially have to eat the same thing for days 😖 These cheaper "one and done" meals you provide are very helpful in that regard. Thank you!

you always come up with great meals! next time. tho. save that chicken water and use that as flavor water to boil veg in or to use in place of the water ion another recipe. you're tossing away flavor AND nutrients when ya toss that water! Many hugs sweet girl! P.S.. thank you for always saying ya miss me, lol. It makes my heart smile so big!

The meals looked delicious. I really enjoy your videos but I do wish you would slow down just a little bit, between trying to watch what you're doing and trying to understand what you're saying, I got lost in the shuffle a few times and had to replay.😂🤣 Tks for the great recipes. 😊

These meals look delicious! We don't have frozen foods in our Dollar Tree stores, but Walmart does, so it might cost a bit more, but still saves on the food bill. Thank you so much.
