Awesome ! I give you a 10 out of 10 for the Tornado, use drum sticks next time, hold sticks with left hand, 2 inches apart, while turning pan with right, also use non stick cooking spray, olive oil just soaks into the food, cooking spray repels it. great job, love your videos !

when I make eggs I put like a splash of half and half if i had to measure the half and half it would probably be a teaspoon or so. i use to use milk but one day we were out of milk and only had moms carton of half and half that she uses for her coffee so I used it instead and have used it ever since
I think you got the butane burner from Hmart, right? Would you recommend it? And do you know how many BTU it outputs? I'm eyeing a 10,000 or 12,000 BTU ones on Amazon, but just curious if you love yours so I can decide which I want. :)
@@honeysuckle That's good to know since I do need something that gets hot because my electric stove isn't cutting it for my cast iron wok. I got another carbon steel wok (too lazy to sand down my old one and besides, the new one looks fancier!) so I think that'd be perfect for fried rice, stir fries, pad Thai, etc. I can use my electric stove or hot plate for the stuff that needs less heat. Thanks!
I thought you did really well on the tornado omelette - I bet it'd have looked better if you had a mold that was higher so the egg can drape over the rice better. The omurice...well, we can't all be perfect at everything. LOL! Fun experiment.

Making omurice that way is difficult. You let the egg sit in the pan to long so it over cooked...And and probably should have used the chopsticks normally instead of the back it made it harder to scrape down the sides.

I did!!! It’s suuuuuuper hot and for stuff like this I wish it wasn’t as hot for the camera haha but I think it does a great job 😄😄hope that helps
