  • Hello! Enjoy Part 2 of this week's weight watchers weekly meal prep video from the groceries I picked up from Kroger and Publix. These are healthy and flavorful recipes that you don't want to miss! Some of the items used for meal prep I already had on hand.
    -- Recipes --
    Chicken Noodle Soup
    INGREDIENTS:
    • Shredded Chicken
    • 16 Oz Ditalini Pasta
    • Red/Orange/Yellow Peppers
    • 8 Stalks Celery
    • 3 Bags of Baby Carrots
    • 2 Chicken Bouillon Cubes
    • 48 Oz Water
    • Salt to taste
    • Pepper to taste
    • Garlic powder to taste
    • Onion powder to taste
    • Italian seasoning to taste
    • 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil or avocado oil
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Chop vegetables and combine in pot.
    2. Sauté vegetables in Olive oil for 2 minutes.
    3. Add water and bring to a boil.
    4. Once water is boiling add bouillon cubes and stir until well combined.
    5. Cook until vegetables are softened.
    6. Once vegetables are softened, add to blender with some of the chicken broth and blend until smooth.
    7. Pour vegetable mixture back into pot and stir.
    8. Cook pasta according to package directions and transfer to soup once done.
    9. Cook chicken according to package directions and add to soup.
    10. Enjoy!

    Turkey Bolognese
    INGREDIENTS:
    • 6 Zucchinis
    • Barilla Protein Plus Spaghetti
    • Rao's Sensitive Marinara Sauce
    • 2 lb 93/7 Ground Turkey
    • 1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil or avocado oil
    INSTRUCTIONS:
    1. Spiralize Zucchinis.
    2. Prepare pasta according to package directions.
    3. Add ground turkey to skillet and cook.
    4. Once ground turkey is cooked, add Rao's sauce to the turkey.
    5. Cook down zucchini until desired texture is reached.
    6. Add quarter of the turkey mixture to zoodles and sauté.
    7. Plate and Enjoy!
