      You have to do plenty of weighted hair follicle extensions.

    I've got a dips stand at home, i do it 4, 5 times a week, absolutely amazing workout, i don't know why but this exercise is powerful, great results. Love it

      How many reps you do?

    • @Jack_The_Ripper_Here
      @Jack_The_Ripper_Here Год назад +10

      @@Lozzymee till you can't do it no more . Don't bother with people telling you how many you need to do. And mix the exercises. Do pushups then dips then barbell then pause, then again pushups barbelll dips, pause. You stop when you can't do it no more. That's workout. People who do kayak don't stop after they pulled 10 times. They keep pulling and pulling until they reach the finish line. Look at their backs.

      A lot of ppl forget abt training the core for stability. There's a ton of compound exercises that need core strength for stability like suspension exercises. Ab pull downs, landmine oblique twists, hanging toe touches are killer... Whatever u choose Buff Dudes!!!

  • @pabunko
    @pabunko 8 лет назад +52

    You guys don't need to do one or the other. Just choose a natural dip form that works for your body and you will certainly get the benefits from chest and triceps. It's like trying to do a "quad" squat vs "glute" squat, not everybody is built for a low bar or high bar squat -- you just gotta find what works for you. As long as you keep progressing, your strength will increase and your body parts will grow.

    • @tonny1351

    thanks a bunch. I suffered a shoulder injury while trying to do weighted dips about 1 year ago and this cleared things up for me. especially lower pec movements. don't think I've been doing them correctly as I felt more squeeze in my triceps. simple solution, guess I just needed someone to show me how to do it right

    Love the video, a lot of good tips and tricks to achieving a strong chest and triceps. Love the Transformers reference. I have a request, maybe the Buff Dudes can film a series of videos of resistant band routines that can really workout bodypart as much as free weights or Various Kettleball routines.

    Ditto Pinscars comments. Really enjoying your videos -- whoda thunk it: a bodybuilding channel with a sense of humour. Awesome -- and a ton a great information. Thanks so much!! Would you do a video about personal training -unless you already made one? I've come close twice to getting one (because a friend of a friend made a pitch (in front of a friend) "I can pop those arms in a month!". Get it: arm twisted - body shamed) -- but ended up backing out. I decided I didn't need it because I was doing just fine (albeit, with a long range view) and because I felt it was my responsiblity to educate myself about building, about anatomy and about safety. And I guess along those lines, it should be about what results to expect and, conversely, not getting detoured by quick fixes -- spotting them, etc. Thats my suggestion. Keep up the awesome work. Cheers, from NYC.

      +Adam Kuc Don't forget bench press. But BP is not necessary to build chest, as you'll often hear some trainers say and they are right. Still, BP is awesome for the whole chest and shoulders and stabilizers, and of course spurs growth. I am more interested in strongman/powerlifting than bb'ing so I always do the big 3 - squat dead bp

      Zynthrax we struggle with fatigue as well when maintaining a busy schedule but what's helped us A LOT is just keeping a constant routine. You don't have to follow it perfectly but really mapping out your day before hand and getting an idea of what you want to accomplish really helps.
