I've got a dips stand at home, i do it 4, 5 times a week, absolutely amazing workout, i don't know why but this exercise is powerful, great results. Love it
@@Lozzymee till you can't do it no more . Don't bother with people telling you how many you need to do. And mix the exercises. Do pushups then dips then barbell then pause, then again pushups barbelll dips, pause. You stop when you can't do it no more. That's workout. People who do kayak don't stop after they pulled 10 times. They keep pulling and pulling until they reach the finish line. Look at their backs.
A lot of ppl forget abt training the core for stability. There's a ton of compound exercises that need core strength for stability like suspension exercises. Ab pull downs, landmine oblique twists, hanging toe touches are killer... Whatever u choose Buff Dudes!!!
You guys don't need to do one or the other. Just choose a natural dip form that works for your body and you will certainly get the benefits from chest and triceps. It's like trying to do a "quad" squat vs "glute" squat, not everybody is built for a low bar or high bar squat -- you just gotta find what works for you. As long as you keep progressing, your strength will increase and your body parts will grow.
thanks a bunch. I suffered a shoulder injury while trying to do weighted dips about 1 year ago and this cleared things up for me. especially lower pec movements. don't think I've been doing them correctly as I felt more squeeze in my triceps. simple solution, guess I just needed someone to show me how to do it right
Love the video, a lot of good tips and tricks to achieving a strong chest and triceps. Love the Transformers reference. I have a request, maybe the Buff Dudes can film a series of videos of resistant band routines that can really workout bodypart as much as free weights or Various Kettleball routines.
Kickass tutorial, you guys really are the best. I'd like to see you guys do upright rows. I always feel like my form sucks and I'm pulling the bar with my fingers at the top of the movement.
I dunno why, but if Im having a bad day and watch one of your videos, my mood and day perks right up. You guys motivate me to eat healthy and get myself in shape, thank you, Keep up what your doing and, Stay Buff Dudes!
Ditto Pinscars comments. Really enjoying your videos -- whoda thunk it: a bodybuilding channel with a sense of humour. Awesome -- and a ton a great information. Thanks so much!! Would you do a video about personal training -unless you already made one? I've come close twice to getting one (because a friend of a friend made a pitch (in front of a friend) "I can pop those arms in a month!". Get it: arm twisted - body shamed) -- but ended up backing out. I decided I didn't need it because I was doing just fine (albeit, with a long range view) and because I felt it was my responsiblity to educate myself about building, about anatomy and about safety. And I guess along those lines, it should be about what results to expect and, conversely, not getting detoured by quick fixes -- spotting them, etc. Thats my suggestion. Keep up the awesome work. Cheers, from NYC.
hi buff dudes: can you make a video about a back exercises that is call: "bent-arm barbell pullover"? it is done lying on a flat bench with a barbell! by the way i like all of your videos! thank you! your friend, josian.
Buff Dudes, your wisdom on Bent Over Barbell Rows would be much appreciated. I hear conflicting arguments on form: back parallel to floor and bar to below-chest or 45º and to the belly?! Need to build my shields.
+Adam Kuc Don't forget bench press. But BP is not necessary to build chest, as you'll often hear some trainers say and they are right. Still, BP is awesome for the whole chest and shoulders and stabilizers, and of course spurs growth. I am more interested in strongman/powerlifting than bb'ing so I always do the big 3 - squat dead bp
Because calisthenics aren't really necessary when you have a gym filled with machines and free weights. If you can't afford gym or equipment, then by all means, do some calisthenics
please i would love to see a video on how to build your two side shoulders to look more rounded,i mean your a little above ur triceps, i hope u understand
MAN can you please do a video to avoid shoulder pain when doing chest dips ? i always feel my shoulder pain the next day after my chest workout that involve dips
There is no lower chest, the chest is just one big slab of muscle. You want to improve your chest I recommend dumbbell press incline/decline, chest flies, barbell press and dips.
These were tough to do after barbell skull crushers and rope extensions... But. .. so worth it. . I feel it in my chest a lot even on tricep dips. Lots of gains coming
Hey dudes! From your previous videos I saw that you guys work out before going to work and also after work. I tried to do the same straight after school but I'll be so tired afterwards I can't get any homework done. Is there some way you dudes keep energized throughout the day?
Zynthrax we struggle with fatigue as well when maintaining a busy schedule but what's helped us A LOT is just keeping a constant routine. You don't have to follow it perfectly but really mapping out your day before hand and getting an idea of what you want to accomplish really helps.
I would love to see a video where you explain. ..what People do wrong when training chest...alot of People seem to use too much shoulder and not enough chest
probably the best bodybuilding channel ive come across so far... no bullshit broscience, just pure facts and truth...
whatever u say bro... i dont do dips anyway i got fucked up shoulders
Do a tutorial on how to grow glorious hair like you guys. It's approaching Fabio levels
Ha, yeah therichardchannel it's starting to get out of control!
You have to do plenty of weighted hair follicle extensions.
+Buff Dudes , can you guys makd a video kn exercises to improve strength to do the dip.
+Buff Dudes I like what Marco has to say. How to build for the dip
+Marcos Murillo the seated dip is a perfect exercise.
I've got a dips stand at home, i do it 4, 5 times a week, absolutely amazing workout, i don't know why but this exercise is powerful, great results. Love it
Parallettes for me
How many reps you do?

Hey dudes how about a killer core routine?!!! Something to build blocky abs and stacked obliques and something to strengthen the core stability?
This actually is a good idea to request!
A lot of ppl forget abt training the core for stability. There's a ton of compound exercises that need core strength for stability like suspension exercises. Ab pull downs, landmine oblique twists, hanging toe touches are killer... Whatever u choose Buff Dudes!!!
Great suggestion Allen Browning !
***** No it's not, these muscles need extra work too. Stop with the broscience.
c0rsack "core stability" is actually a fancy broscience word ...
This guy sounds like a young Solid Snake lol
atouchofgenius nigga

Heck, he might be SS! Did you ever see the two in one room together?
Do you read me, Otacon?
"Tough GUYS!!!" Thanks for making an effort on comedy. Love it
That Transformers-esque transformation (chest to triceps transition) narration plus movement was HILARIOUS

pabunko that’s what I thought. Tried the “chest dip” and thought it was unnecessary
