- Perfectly preserved medieval towns give way to picturesque Alpine villages & snow-capped peaks as you weave your way through southern Germany motorcycling this beautiful region in Bavaria.
This description of the 'Romantic Road' or 'Romantische Straße' got me hooked, we rode to a village outside Wurzburg then started the Romantic Road, a 3 day ride covering over 600km.
This is part 2, after the half way point leaving the town of Kaufbeuren the roads start to get more enticing & enjoyable.

Actually I'd only do the second half of the Romantic Road if I did it again.
I'm currently editing the next video but I'm sure you will agree from being pillion & also people watching, the best part of this route is the 2nd half.

Nice video. I understand your wife. I did this many 2000 km in 5 days as a backpack few years ago. And disided to get a licence of my own so I could sid in front and be just as exited driving the nice roads. Should have Don that 10 years earlier...
